The new HONSEL battery riveter now offers the ultimate solution for cordless settings of blind rivets nuts and bolts. Oriented to the demands of industrial series production, Rivdom eVNG 2 offers a wide range of use features and options. Innovative. Sturdy and reliable. Force or stroke control! Depending on the fastener to be set and the application, the Rivdom eVNG 2 can be operated with either force or stroke control via the menu of the control display. Rivdom eVNG 2 has a patented gearbox with two independently operated BLDC motors. This allows the system to be variably switched on and off during the return stroke.

RIFBOLT blind rivet studs consist of a sleeve and a screw, which are joined together by welding or crimping. As special production components we can use different lenghts and types of screws can be used as well as almost every rivet nut sleeve. Blind rivet studs offer a multiple use. They can — connect different working pieces, — install a thread into components and — fix additional parts to the screw.

The product has a lot of advantages over the common standard types like no mixing of different grip ranges, reduction of storrage and failure costs or the reduction of item diversity.

The strong CERTO®-PERFECT special sealed blind rivet forms a large and smooth closing head by its special clamped rivet sleeve. This head makes sure that the danger of pull through in case of oversized bore holes can be reduced to a minimum. Additionally the tightness in standing water is increased significant.
