Technical information The SC 03 is an electropneumatic crimp press. It is equipped with a very efficient pedal switch. The correct and fully controlled sequence is monitored by a microprocessor control. The machine is started by a foot-switch. An integrated adjusting mechanism enables a correction of the crimping depth. Crimping tools can be changed easily and are available for the processing of ferrules with a size of up to 70 mm² with different crimping lengths. On customers demand special tools with different crimping geometries can be developed and manufactured.

They can be integrated in fully automatic machines. Wires and ferrules can be crimped in the range of 0.34 up to 4 mm2 (AWG 22 – 12). Atrapezoidal crimp (CM AEH-G) or quadro crimp (CM AEH-LS) corresponding to DIN46228 part 4 are available. The machines can universally be used in the specified range. Technical information The SC 05 universal is an electropneumatic benchtop crimper, equipped with a very efficient electropneumatic drive. The machine is operated by a foot-switch. The sequence is monitored by a microprocessor control. With the integrated quadro-crimping-tool, ferrules in the cross-section range from 0.5 mm² up to 6 mm² (AWG 20 - 10) (insulated/uninsulated) and twin ferrules with plastic collar from 2 x 0.5 mm² to 2 x 2.5 mm² (AWG 2 x 20 - 2 x 14) and crimping lengths from 6 mm up to 18 mm can be crimped. The crimper can easily be adapted to different cross-sections by turning the adjustments knob on the front cover of the machine. Other crimping forms or cross-sections are possible on request.

The contacts are automatically fed by a feeding bowl. The adjustment of the stripping and crimping depth is manually. 50 different programs can be stored. Technical information The UNIC-GV is an electropneumatic benchtop stripper-crimper, which allows the processing of five ferrules on reel with different cross sections. Ferrules on reel in the range from 0.5mm2 to 2.5 mm² (AWG 20 – 14) with crimping lengths of 8 mm or 10 mm can be processed with no down time. The user simply chooses the cross-section on a touch display. Ferrules on reel for multi standard conductors can also be processed.

This machine allows a quick and reliable processing of Z+F ferrules on reel in the range of 0.5mm2 up to 2.5 mm2 (AWG 20 – 14) without changing the tools.
