With the flexo 700 E-Com you are optimally equipped to meet the demands of e-commerce packaging in film. It is Hugo Beck’s most flexible and efficient machine for these applications. Whether dealing with the direct dispatch of individual goods, packing groups of products or meeting the complex requirements of returned goods packaging, the flexo 700 E-Com packs goods with a minimum use of film, maximising packaging results both with and without shrinking of the film bags. A quick changeover between product batches adjusts the machine o new product sizes or, as an option, the machine can automatically adapt to changes in a product’s length, height or width. Additional options include the ability to add an easy-opening perforation to the bags as well as inserting a double-sided adhesive tape for resealing a bag for returns.

With the servo X e-com you are ideally equipped to meet the demands of film packaging for the e-commerce, mail order and logistics sectors. Whether dealing with the direct dispatch of individual goods, packing groups of products or meeting the complex requirements of returned goods packaging for example, the servo X e-com packs goods with a minimum use of film and automatically adjusts the film bags with four sealed sides to the product's length as standard. To support the precise fitting of shipping bags, the servo X e-com fit model also adjusts the bag size to the product's width so that the machines fully automatically adjust to varying product sizes during the packaging process. Furthermore, packaging with upper and lower film enables a greater scope for branding, for example with two-tone shipping bags. Additional options include the ability to add an easy-opening perforation to the bags as well as inserting a double-sided adhesive tape for resealing a bag for returns.

By mounting an axial fan, the effectiveness of the new Kühligel® can be increased considerably. Fanless solutions require a lot of space. They are heavy and expensive. For cooling with active coolers by SEPA EUROPE however, the new Kühligels are not only small and light but also extremely inexpensive. Thanks to intensive development work, SEPA EUROPE was able to construct a heat sink that enables fan mounting without extensive reworking using conventional screws. The choice of the suitable fan (size, sleeve or ball bearings, 5, 12, or 24 VDC, tacho, connector) enables the best possible combination that is required for the application in question. The fans used have a MTBF of up to 350000h (40°C) and thus meet the highest requirements. Thanks to its light weight, the Kühligel® can usually be mounted using double-sided adhesive heat conduction pads (TCTxx) or thermally conductive two-component adhesive (Hernon 746) which are both available from the SEPA EUROPE product range.

Inspired by customer inquiries, SEPA EUROPE has developed a new, modular assembly for the efficient cooling of chips. The core component is a SEPA axial fan that is mounted on a 40 mm pure aluminium heat sink – a so-called Kühligel®. It is equipped with a finger guard and a double-sided adhesive heat pad for screwless mounting on the housing or inside the device. Thanks to the compact design, the light weight and the screwless mounting, this assembly enables accurate positioning and thus effective cooling of the hot spot. The chip cooler HXB40FGK is equipped with a high precision ball bearing and can be used at ambient temperatures between -10 and +85 °C thus opening up a wide range of application possibilities. A further advantage is the long service life of the fan with 350 000 h (MTBF) at 40°C. The chip cooler assembly HXB40FGK is supplied as a standard component. It can however, be customized.
