The construction of RiRo-nta is identical with RiRo-nt except for the fact that heating power can be steplessly regulated by our built-in thermostat. It keeps the temperature of your choice constant between +5°C and + 30°C or just protects your room from frost. The red signalling light shows when power is on.

QuickFit Protection Basket Our protection baskets are valuable accessories: they protect against collisions, give additional protection against dust and are an optical enhancement. Like the heaters themselves, they are manufactured in high-grade steel, so that we offer a logical solution regarding both quality of material and optical general impression. QuickFit: You fix our baskets without any further tools or drillholes! Just put the basket over the already mounted RiRo and wedge it, ready!

Explosion-proof heaters - ATEX – Standard. Explosion-proof heaters are used in many industrial or commercial applications that are classified as hazardous areas. Our appliances are used to heat the ambient air of hazardous areas in zone 1 and 2, typically in chemical industries, paint and lacquer industries, sewage plants and mining. Heaters made of high-grade stainless steel are recommended for aggressive environments (e.g. sewage plants), while heaters with a painted or coated surface, also available with protection basket, are sufficient for standard applications. Heat transfer between a gaseous media and a liquid finned tube heat exchangers are often called air/water heat exchangers or gas/water heat exchangers. Heat transfer between a gas (for ex. air, steam) and a liquid (for ex. water, seawater, oil) takes place in the air-/water heat exchangers. Very often air/water heat exchangers are used as exhaust heat exchanger to gain the energy out of warm or hot exhaust fumes. Finned tube radiators can also be used as air heater, air cooler or condenser To improve the thermal output transfer from the gas to the liquid, fins made of well heat transferring materials are put on the tubes. The great increase of the thermal efficiency when applying fin tubes allows a substantial reduction in size and costs of such cooling equipment. The surface of such tubes is substantially increased and consequently less tubes are required compared with exchangers with plain tubes.

Bundles are used for generating superheated, saturated steam and hot water to meet the requirment of process by utilising waste heat in power plants. We manufacture bundles according to ASME and EN standard with high frequency welded fintubes which is produced by Eralp. *We are manufacturing Solid and Serrated Type. *We can weld fin material thickness between 0,8 mm - 2 mm for high frequency welded spiral finning tubes. *It is possible to weld fin thickness less than 0,8 mm but it is not recommended. *Pitch distance is determined according to pipe diameter and thermodynamic calculation. We are able to manufacture fintubes pitch in the range of 3,5 - 20 mm.
