The versatile Therma resistance thermometers convince with their precise measurement of fluids in the vehicle. They are optionally available with M6, M5 or M4 male threads. The technical equipment of the resistance sensor offers additional options. It is available as Pt100 or Pt1000, in Class A or optionally also as NTC 10 KΩ. The braking fluid thermocouple from Therma convinces not only with its compact construction but also with its simple installation. Just screw it in in-place of the air vent screw to measure the temperature of the brake fluid. The subsequent sheathing line can then be comfortably bent in the required direction. When the thermocouple is screwed in, the braking system is then vented through its thread. The temperature measurement of the brake fluid, along with the brake disc surface measurement, also supplies important control values for a successful and safe race. During long races or races with many downhill routes, the brake disc overheats over-proportionally. The accruing radiation heat during this has a direct effect on the brake fluid, respectively heats it up. Depending on the type of brake fluid being used, it already reaches its boiling point at approx. 140–260 °C.

The preeflow flowplus16 is a material-resistant, dead space-free miniature pressure sensor in the smallest design - for moving fluids. The "Luer-Lock" (male/female) on both sides makes it suitable for all common dosing systems that work with this type of thread. The sensor generates a standardized, compatible, linearized and temperature-compensated output signal. Existing dosing systems can be easily extended and protected with the pressure sensor. The flowscreen is a robust evaluation device for applications in various fields of application. In combination with the pressure sensor flowplus16, a complete system for fluid process monitoring is created. Thanks to standardized signals and standardized connections, the components can also be integrated as individual components. EGE sensors for fluid mediums with integrated measuring & amplifier are compact devices with extremely robust housing and integrated measuring and amplifier. The current flow state is displayed at the sensor using LEDs. The measurement takes place without mechanically moving parts using a thermal measuring element. Limit values are set directly at the device. These sensors are used wherever a safe, reliable and low-maintenance recording of flows is required. This includes e.g. all automation and chemical industries in the most varied areas, such as cooling circuit monitoring, monitoring the flow rate of process fluids, monitoring metering processes or also for pump protection.

The industrial pressure transmitter DMP 335 is based on a stainless steel welded pressure sensor without fluid. This characteristic has a special advantage with applications where silicon oil or elastomeric seals cannot be used. The Series JFM-S FloSen® Airflow Measuring Stations provide accurate, repeatable measurement of air movement in HVAC ducts. The Probes patented ellipticallyshaped sensor design with improved aerodynamic characteristics outperforms more traditional devices, and overcomes loss of accuracy caused by fluid separation at the sensor body. It is designed to maintain a constant parallel airflow pattern over the static sensing ports for more accurate, steady signals under all duct conditions. The elimination of separation results in a stabilized static pressure signal, helping to eliminate “hunting” during fan control.

It is designed to maintain a constant parallel airflow pattern over the static sensing ports for more accurate, steady signals under all duct conditions. The elimination of separation results in a stabilized static pressure signal, helping to eliminate “hunting” during fan control. FloSen® Airflow Probes utilize a unique in-line groove for total pressure sensing and dual ports for static pressure sensing which produces a higher differential pressure for very low velocity measurements. The total and static pressure measuring points are distributed for equal-area averaging of flows resulting in improved accuracy and reliability.

Jerko flow measurement is a unique success story since the beginning of the project. At the request of the German Massivumformung e.V., a sensor system for the reliable detection of spray quantities was developed. Of course, the partners of Massivumformung e.V. could rely on the innovative power of Jerko and now have the possibility to monitor their process even better. The sensor is suitable for all common forming lubricants - whether they contain oil or solids. Even non-Newtonian fluids are reliably detected. The sensor has a space-saving design and can be integrated into almost any spray system, even retrospectively. With the sensor you know even before the next forming operation whether the tool has been supplied with the required amount of lubricant and eliminate the resulting tool damage or consequential costs.
