Based on proven coil anodizing technology from our B57S® product, B73A can be used for shelving, furniture, medical and domestic appliances and many other applications. The surface of Novelis B73A is industrially pre-treated and coil anodised in a continuous process. This ensures a consistent high quality and is therefore the most cost-effective solution for the customer. B73A offers customised solutions with different functional and decorative requirements for the electronic, domestic appliances and chemical industries*. Our delivery program offers a wide product range, including a variety of colours and standard coating thicknesses. Standards are available in 1 ton lots on a short delivery time. *Please note: Due to the hardness of the anodic film, crazing can occur during extreme bending or forming. The consistent high quality of B57S makes it an excellent choice of anodising quality aluminum. It is designed for many different applications including electronic covers, in the transport and automotive industries, road and advertising signs and equipment housings. Your selection of material is of utmost importance. Finding a high quality product, with a good price/performance ratio, B57S will meet your needs. B57S can easily be cut, drilled, punched, edge-flanged and formed. Welding and brazing should be avoided in visible areas, because the localized heating of the metal will change its structure and affect the anodized finish.

Novelis G77Ac anodized aluminum sheet produces a material with a natural gray matte tone. The surface is designed for use in both internal and external aluminum architecture, making it desirable for facades, roofing and interior cladding. Similar to our other anodized aluminum sheet products, Novelis G77Ac can be processed further, such as roll forming, stamping, edging and bending.

Sunlight can also be channeled and focused to heat water, which can drive steam turbines in large-scale power plants. This Concentrated Solar Power (CSP) was once dominated by glass mirrors due to their unmatched reflectivity. Recent advances in aluminum reflectivity and brightness, partially due to our processing innovations, however, have made the material an effective substitute. Good formability and conductivity make our products useful for condenser case products produced via drawing processes. Novelis produces pre-painted aluminum for scales, dials and nameplates in laser engraving quality, in the form of a surface-treated coil or sheet. Specialized coatings are applied by rollers. Printing is possible via standard commercial inks and paints with no special materials required.

When rolling off a load over the floor, the heavy load can slip uncontrollably on the smooth warehouse floor. There is considerable risk of accidents. Expensive equipment can be damaged under their own weight and may require timeconsuming reprocessing. secutex turning mats (see figure above) are completely slipresistant. The turning manoeuvre can be performed safely and smoothly.

Flexible or durable! The modular coil storage system (patent pending) is designed for flexible use as a coil mat or, in combination with the side tubes, for the permanent storage of coils and slit steel steel. With the coil mat, temporary storage can be set up quickly or existing warehouses can be expanded in the case of a bottleneck. The robust steel construction is the optimal solution for secure handling, efficient transport and careful storage of coils and wire coils. secutex coilprotect “Altus” is suitable for all coil sizes. The robust steel construction can be easily mounted. It is ideal for the erection of longterm storage spaces. This coil storage can be loaded with coil hooks and coil tongs. The valuable coils resting upon the support surfaces are protected by secutex impact protection. In comparison to other chemical materials, secutex is extremely resistant to wear and tear.

The proven secutex wire coil mat reliably prevents scratches and dents. The lightweight mat can be positioned quickly. Users especially rate the new rolloff stop. The individual wire rings hook firmly into the transverse grooves. The wire bundles no longer slip and an additional bundling is no longer necessary.

The flexible coil mat with surrounding oil pan was designed for oilfree storage room floors. The coil mat and the surrounding oil pan are made from a single casting. Oil spillage and the associated slip hazard for employees is thereby prevented.

The light and mobile coil mat was designed for the storage of coils. It is convenient to use. Thus, makeshift storage can be set up rapidly and flexibly. Alternatively, existing storage can be expanded should bottlenecks arise.

The Coilprotect Premium is a further development to the already existing Coilprotect Semi. The second set of stake enables an even closer stake out, especially for narrow slit strips. The coil tray can be equipped with a coil hook and coil tongs. A fork lift assebly must be checked by the customer due to the greater width of the coil tray. secutex Coilprotect are coil cradles made from sturdy steel and are constructed for the longterm storage of coils. secutex Coilprotect is loaded using coil hooks, coil tongs or forklift trucks.
