pH sensor for water applications The OPTISENS PH 8100 sensor is characterised by standardised design, easy handling and a long life cycle. In combination with the MAC 100 signal converter it is possible to create an extremely reliable and low-cost measurement system, which is suitable for a wide range of water analysis measurement tasks. Designed as combined electrodes with built-in reference electrode the OPTISENS PH 8100 sensor type is equipped with two open diaphragms and integrated temperature sensor Pt100. The sensor can be easily adapted to various application requirements and it is extremely service friendly and durable.

Inductive conductivity sensor for water Analysis The inductive conductivity sensors of the OPTISENS IND 1000 feature a compact and extremely rugged design as well as a wide measuring range. The OPTISONIC 6300 P is a portable, battery-powered ultrasonic clamp-on flowmeter for temporary flow measurement of (non-)conductive liquids. It can be used at virtually any location and without process interruption or need to cut pipes. Due to its flexibility, the meter is equally suited for comparative measurements on stationary measuring equipment (e.g. pumps, flowmeters etc.) or for use as a short-term replacement of faulty devices. The OPTISONIC 6300 P consists of a combination of one or two clamp-on sensors and one handheld electronic signal converter. The robust clamp-on rail can be easily attached to almost any pipe up to DN1500/160". The readings of the meter are shown on the handheld LCD and are stored in the integrated memory for data logging. In addition, all readings can be transferred to a PC via the included USB stick in order to further analyse or store the data.

The Model 682C03 signal converter can be used to supply constant current-fed ICP®/IEPE accelerometers and connect them to 4 ... 20 mA signal circuits. The signal converter supplies an output current proportional to the RMS or peak value of the vibration acceleration, the vibration velocity or the vibration displacement (adjustable). The Model 682C05 signal transmitter is used on the one hand to supply ICP(R)/IEPE vibration sensors and essentially to provide early warning of developing faults in rolling bearings, such as damage to the inner or outer ring, play and lack of lubrication. The unit provides two output signals, the vibration level and information about high-frequency peaks or shocks. The module also has a raw signal output for connecting machine condition analysers.
