In the field of plastics we offer metal strips with PVC plastisol and/or organosol coatings, as well as polyamide plastics. PP (polypropylene), PE (polyethylene), PC (polycarbonate), PET (polyethylene terephthalate) and PLA (polyactide), TPE (thermoplastic elastomer), TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) and others. These can be produced with a layer thickness of 5-200 μm Depending on the plastic, higher layer thicknesses can also be achieved. In addition, most plastics can also be equipped with antibacterial properties; of course in all colour variations. Although a one-sided coating more common, we are able to apply the same and/or different plastic adhesives for both sides.

No-crush roll made of polyurethane with hard core as well as ball bearing. This ensures enormous flexibility - an ideal application in the paper industry. Furthermore, different diameters as well as profiles are possible. The recovery properties of the no-crush roll are determined by the profile and the hardness.

We have developed into a leading provider, specialised in various processes for surface coating of transparent plastics. Main focus lies on our abrasion resistant coatings, manufactured under cleanroom conditions. Thermosetting coating systems Using the flooding method a thin layer is being applied or rather “flooded“ on the plate. As a result a flushing effect removing existing dust particles occurs. We can coat plate ware as well as ready deformed parts. Considering provision of material we gladly give you any advice needed. We are familiar in using currently known scratch resistant paint systems, like PHC587, AS4000, AS4700 but also recent paints e.g. XH100, MP100. The plastics used are mainly PMMA or PC. Through these coatings the most transparent plates obtain a higher abrasion resistance, an additional uv protection as well as a higher durability against chemicals or an anti-fog-characteristic. We coat rollers up to 3 m in diameter and weighing up to 2 t! We will be happy to provide you with rollers complete with wheels. We have good international contacts for procuring wheels made from steel, aluminium and stainless steel. Upon request we can mill a profile in the coating or form profiles directly during casting.

The processing of granules into coated long products requires high precision with tools and machine settings as well as sound expertise in the specific characteristics of the materials. As an extrusion specialist of steel cables and other long products such as wires, glass-fibre rods, we offer a wide service range: Plastic coating from ca. 0.5 to 24mm, PA, PE, PP, PUR and PVC and more, additives for special requirements, such as the UV and water resistance, circular cross sections and special dimensions and stock colours or your own selection.

We are specialised in varnishing transparent plastics, which are being painted from behind to achieve a profound depth effect. In our specially customised painting booth the plastics are being sprayed with wet paint creating various structures and degrees of gloss. Here we have the possibility to process large-sized parts. KIRSCH Kunststofftechnik has decided to process even the most demanding parts in-house. High expertise and skillful handling with plastics is significant to accomplish our customers` requirements. Highest cleanness standards are our guideline.

These systems can only be fastened by adhering (glue or double-sided tape). Adequate adhesive is available from specialised trade. In coil coating, an organic coating is applied to the surface of a metal strip in a continuous process. The HUEHOCO portfolio includes both decorative and weather-resistant coatings as well as system solutions for a firm bonding of the metal strip with various rubber compounds and/or various plastics. For technical applications, there are also high-temperature resistant and non-stick as well as anti-friction systems, directly rubber- or plastic-coated metal strips. With a wide activation temperatur range it can be used also on materials like PET. Futhermore, the formulation creates and adhesive film which has a high hot tack. Due to this it is easier to achieve great bonds and to print at higher speeds. It shows good adhesion on many materials, which makes it a great adhesive to skip cleaning the coating equipment. It can be used well with toner-based prints. This adhesive is great for heat transfer printing onto cosmetic packaging as well as promotional like pens. It shows good resistance against water. Furthermore, the particles in this dispersion are fine dispersed and result in even and repeatable results.
