This feeder consists of a completely overhauled rotary feeder from CMC, a new pressure/vacuum pump made by Becker, and a self-programmed control system. All components are mounted on a stable frame made of aluminum construction profiles, which can be placed as a compact unit autonomously at any desired position in the production. The machine can either be operated continuously or controlled by an external signal. This allows inserts to be placed with pinpoint accuracy in a collecting section or at high speed on a conveyor belt to be addressed via inkjet, for example. We offer a 6-month warranty on parts and service for this machine. Our systems can be freely configured according to your needs. The robust OAC vibratory feeder coil series consists of a UI core and two excitation windings connected in series. Continuous controllability via drive voltage and/or frequency, high power ratings and optimally minimized eddy current losses characterize the electromagnet. The direction of oscillation is achieved by the geometric arrangement of the springs. The useful oscillation amplitude corresponds to twice the amplitude of the oscillation frequency of the overall system. OAC oscillating solenoids from Kendrion are used in spring mass systems to generate directional, linear oscillating movements. The vibratory feeder coil is available in 16 different sizes with universal mounting options and is supplied without a spring mass system. On request, the OAC series are also available with a base plate for mounting or a KTL coating for increased corrosion protection.

With servo drive and length measuring system they offer the additional functionality of material feeding (positioning) over just straightening. Their most common application is cuttolength and spacesaving coil feeding. The already revolutionary alligatorhead can be extended with hydraulic opening for full piloting when feeding into stamping presses with progressive dies. For especially heavygauge materials or high demands in flatness, our VRMZ series FeederStraighteners are the correct answer. They process crosssections as large as 2000 x 5,0 mm. up to 2000 mm material width and 16 mm thickness max crosssection approx.. 2000 x 5 mm or 650 x 10 mm max net output approx. 50 – 150 m/min max cycles with piloting approx.. 40 – 100 SPM

A perfect combination of space savings and dynamics: the GSW Compact Feed Lines Our Compact Feed Lines are an ideal answer to the challenge of a constraint floor and necessity to process thick materials. Marrying the processes of leveling and indexing into one Feeder-Straightener machine allows for a complete Feed Line with only two individual machines and thus greatly reduces the necessary length. Additionally, the decoupling of the coil mass from the indexing process – achieved through a short loop between Coil Reel and Feeder-Straightener – enables dynamic feeding despite the compact footprint. And, if cross-sections are especially big, the loop can be spared completely, creating yet more space. One more advantage, virtually a by-product out of their very nature, is the quicker set-up of our Compact Feed Lines. This elevates them to not only space- but also time-savers!

The short bar loading magazine Multi 3000 was developed in Switzerland. Manufactured in Germany with first-class materials and components. The MULTI-3000 guarantees long-term reliability. It impresses with its service and environmentally friendly design. It is also a fully electric and servo-controlled magazine. Easy access to all parts makes it extremely user-friendly. It is very simple to understand and therefore easy to operate. Set-up and changeover is possible within 2-5 minutes due to the well thought-out design. The patented lifting mechanism guarantees an impact-free and fast loading cycle. Further features are the smooth material feed, an optimal control and monitoring of the material feed, as well as the exact positioning of the bar without mechanical stop. Due to its design, the Multi 3000 does not require a shifting device to change the Spindle Liner. A shifting device is optionally available in X- and Z-axis and in different lengths.

The small bar feeder Samsys Smart impresses with its high performance in a very small space. The bar feeder is manufactured in Germany with first-class materials and components. The Samsys Smart guarantees long-term reliability. It impresses with its service and environmentally friendly design. It is an electro-pneumatic magazine. This means the feed is servo-controlled and the reloading mechanism is pneumatic. Due to the easy access to all parts it is extremely user-friendly. This makes it very simple to understand and easy to use. Set-up and changeover is possible within 2-5 minutes due to the well thought-out design. Further features are the smooth material feed, an optimal control and monitoring of the material feed, as well as the exact positioning of the bar without mechanical stop. Due to its design, the Samsys Smart requires very little floor space. A shifting unit to gain easy access to the reduction tube is standard in X-direction.

Unloading machine Multi-3000 remove The Multi-3000 remove is an electro-pneumatically controlled automatic unloading machine. It is the ideal complement to the bar feeder Multi 3000 or the Multi 3000SL. With the Multi 3000 remove it is possible to unload finished parts from sub- or main spindle. The bars are unloaded by unloading tube, pneumatic gripper or also by collet chuck. After unloading, the bars are placed on a prism. From the prism the parts are transported to a deposit. A light barrier monitors the unloading process. The coating of the depositing surfaces enables a particularly gentle handling of the finished parts. Even parts such as piston bars can be unloaded without a scratch. The unloading tube is made of POM material. This also ensures gentle handling. Loading can be done via the main spindle and unloading via the sub spindle. It is also possible to load via the sub spindle and unload via the main spindle. Compatible with almost all types of lathes.

Centrifugal sorting is used for high capacities up to 800 pieces per minute. The quiet and gentle sorting is particularly suitable for plastic objects. Depending on object type and size we recommend different versions ZF-350, ZF-500, ZF-800. Due to the user-friendly and space-saving design, it can be combined with other machines and systems.
