Remote maintenance and troubleshooting over long distances are only possible with a secure remote connection over the Internet. The central component of the Kuhnke remote service system is the IXplatform of our system partner IXON in Overloon, The Netherlands. The IXplatform is a powerful Industrial Internet of Things platform (Industrial IoT) and connects the control in the machine secure with one of the world-wide distributed data servers. The application on the data servers is web-based and can be accessed with any browser from your PC, smartphone or tablet. The VPN connection provides a secure remote connection for monitoring, programming or troubleshooting on the machine control. The IXrouter is a combined Industrial VPN Router and IoT-Edge Gateway and connects your machine controller, HMI, robots and all other industrial devices in your machine.

Unexcited synchronous motors Reluctance motors are used in textile machinery as drive for godets and spinning pumps. In general they are used in inverter application as single drive or group drive. Reluctance motors can be realised for any voltage/frequency ratio U/f. Speed >15.000min1 is possible. A great no. of variations concerning special shaft, flange bearing and housing is available. Reluctance motors are available for hazardous locations in flameproof design.

Lotions are emulsions or suspensions based on water or alcohol. Unlike creams, lotions contain oil instead of fat, are therefore more fluid than creams and easier to apply to the skin. Usually, lotions contain little or no alcohol, which makes them attractive even for sensitive skin. Lotions are used to treat, care for or cleanse the skin. They contain light care substances such as almond oil, aloe vera, herbal or fruit extracts which make the skin soft and smooth. The advantage of a lotion over a cream is that the skin can still breathe when applying the lotion. Lotions are available in a variety of versions for all skin types and areas. The WFS will be happy to work with you to develop the right lotion according to your ideas.

The PULSAR H is a fully automatic, horizontal-operating rotary laser with an easy-to-use operating concept. If vibrations or shocks occur, the laser automatically interrupts the rotation, preventing measurement errors. The robust aluminum housing and high-quality workmanship make it ideal for tough use.

There should be neither too much nor too little formwork oil in the mould in total or on individual spots on the mould. To achieve even distribution at a minimum application rate of the release agent, the formwork oil must be split into many droplets of the same size. With the BL industrial atomiser from Mantis, it is possible to generate approx. 30 million droplets from 1 ml of liquid. The rotary atomiser works without pressure, and the spray pattern is created by means of centrifugal force and using a specially developed atomise

MANTIS-ULV spraying systems for the economical application of liquids ULV stands for Ultra Low Volume, meaning particularly small output quantities. The ULV metering technology, in conjunction with Mantis rotary atomisers, achieves an ideal narrow droplet spectrum of 35-45 um, ensuring optimum surface wetting. With the BL industrial atomiser from Mantis, it is possible to generate approx. 30 million droplets from 1 ml of liquid. The rotary atomiser works without pressure, and the spray pattern is created by means of centrifugal force and using a specially developed atomiser disc. The droplets are deposited evenly on the surface by means of the vertical air stream generated by the rotation disc and gravity. There are application areas in various branches like the concrete industry for the application of release agents the food industry e.g. for the application of release agents or flavouring substances

The outdoor version of the H2 Core Hydro Cab is a plug and play solution for small and medium sized H2 demands. It is the solution to integrate Enapters and other 19” modules to a complete system. Every Enapter Electrolyser is capable to produce up to 0.5 Nm³/h. The output volume of every electrolyser can be set between 60% and 100%. The Hydrocab combines up to 4 modules to a single plug and play module. An optional Dryer module can increase the purity from 99.9% to 99.999%. The optional Water Purification System (WPS) can provide the needed water with the quality of < 20 µS/cm. A Water Tank Module can be installed and stores 38 l of deionized water. It is equipped with a pump which provides the needed supply pressure or the electrolyser modules. The WTM takes the space of one electrolyser and is needed when no direct water supply can be provided. Also it is recommended when more than one cabinet will be installed parallel.
