Swivel motors from this series are generally suitable when program sequences such as acceleration – travel – deceleration in open-loop or closed-loop controlled systems are determined via proportional or servo valves. The swivel motors in this series are often also suitable in combination with simple hydraulic circuits if the inertia forces occurring are small, e.g. when opening and closing emptying systems, actuating valves, placing and removing workpieces, swiveling load handling devices and much more. In order to provide our customers with the right drive for all areas of application, the HSG swivel motor is available in a total of 11 different versions. ERC motor oil power additive with friction modifier reduces friction, wear, and sediments. It also improves the oil supply and stabilises viscosity with reduced oil sludge formation. All these features contribute to improved engine performance. THE EFFECT With the ageing of oil in everyday engine operation, build-up and clogging of filters and oil passages occur. ERC motor oil power additive removes this deposits, improves the oil supply, and protects metal surfaces. 5400 Brake Cleaner spray is particularly suitable for removing oily dirt. Cleaning is quick and easy thanks to the high evaporation rate and the concentrated spray. Tungsten is a silver-white, metallically shiny or grey heavy metal (depending on whether it occurs in pieces or in powder form). Hard and brittle, tungsten can, however, be made ductile by hammering and drawn into thin wires, for example. Tungsten belongs to the group of refractory metals, which are characterized by high melting points, good thermal conductivity and low thermal expansion, among other things. High corrosion resistance is a further characteristic. Tungsten is suitable for the construction of resistance heating elements, the manufacture of filaments (especially in high-temperature furnace construction and electrical engineering), engine parts, X-ray anodes and welding electrodes. Pins made of tungsten can be fused into high melting point glass for the passage of current. Tungsten is also used in nuclear technology. Tungsten alloys are used about 80% in the steel industry and about 10% each in the hard metal and electrical industries.

INOX® Engine Cleaner is a strong alkaline special cleaner for external cleaning. This cleaner degreases engine compartments, transmission parts, axles, chassis, engine and other components. Due to its strong oil and grease dissolving power, it cleans the most stubborn dirt in passenger cars and commercial vehicles.

Transportable engine supports minimize the times of standstill of the engine test bed, as the engines can be built up and tested separately. The mounted engines can be coupled to the engine test bed quickly and without any effort. RWB mobile operation trolleys and Universal Engine Supports may be used with MP dynamometers and with other suitable dynamometers (by Weinlich or other manufacturers). Their modular design allows interchangeability and reusability. RWB are mobile thanks to swivel rollers. They have a load capacity of max. 800 kg. A RWB mobile operation trolley has a low base frame from which single supports lead up to the fixing points of the engine. By this design all parts of the engine can be reached as well as possible. Thanks to its solid and proven construction the mobile operation trolley is nevertheless able to match up to the stress during power tests.
