The preeflow flowplus16 is a material-resistant, dead space-free miniature pressure sensor in the smallest design - for moving fluids. The "Luer-Lock" (male/female) on both sides makes it suitable for all common dosing systems that work with this type of thread. The sensor generates a standardized, compatible, linearized and temperature-compensated output signal. Existing dosing systems can be easily extended and protected with the pressure sensor. The flowscreen is a robust evaluation device for applications in various fields of application. In combination with the pressure sensor flowplus16, a complete system for fluid process monitoring is created. Thanks to standardized signals and standardized connections, the components can also be integrated as individual components. High-precision pressure sensors from the 8201 series provide exact measurements while exhibiting very little sensitivity to mechanical stresses. Their application therefore goes well beyond research and development laboratories. Model number 8201 precision pressure sensors are robust, economical, and are available in standard measuring ranges. Their good technical specification and high reliability make them optimum for measuring pressure in all fields of machine construction, process technology, as well as in measurement and control technology. The pressure transducers are easy to handle and immune to shock loads and vibrations as they are designed without moving parts. All pressure transducers without an internal amplifier have a standardized output signal of 1.0 mV/V. This enables the user to change a transducer in a measuring chain as liked without following readjustment of the electronic. Customized designs are available on request. The sensor model 8228 with its measuring accuracy of 0.05% F.S. (for the measuring ranges ≤ 1 bar, the measuring accuracy is 0.1% F.S.) ideally suited as a reference sensor. The compact dimensions, the robust housing and the industrial-grade output signal result in a very wide range of applications. All components in contact with media are made of stainless steel. An integrated measuring amplifier converts the measuring signals directly into interference-free voltage signals or current signals that can be transmitted over long distances. With the „gage“ measurement type, the pressure measurement is carried out against the ambient pressure, the sensor has a bore that is protected against ambient influences to compensate for the ambient pressure. With the „Absolute“ measurement type, the applied pressure is measured against an enclosed vacuum; this measurement type is available from the measuring range 0 ... 250 mbar. The electrical connection is made via an M12 x 1 connector.

The pressure transmitter DMP 457 has been especially designed for rough conditions occurring especially in shipbuilding and offshore applications. All gaseous and liquid media, which are compatible with stainless steel 1.4404 (316L) respectively can be used. Sensor element is a piezoresistive stainless steel sensor with high accuracy and excellent long-term stability. In order to meet the special requirements for shipbuilding and offshore applications extensive tests had to be passed to get the LR, Germanischer Lloyd (GL), Det Norske Veritas (DNV) and China Classification Society (CCS) approvals. The pressure transmitter DMK 351P has been designed for measuring small system pressure in the food industry and chemical industry. The DMK 351P is based on an own-developed capacitive ceramic sensor element. It features high overpressure resistance and high resistance against most of aggressive media. DMP 320 stands for speed and precision. With a response time of ≤ 0.5 msec and a sampling rate of 10 kHz, the pressure transmitter was designed for applications, in which an extremely fast and exact pressure measuring is required. Pressure curves, peaks and hits can be monitored and evaluated exactly. The signal processing of the sensor signal is done by newly developed digital electronics, which detect the signal with a sampling rate of 10 kHz. Sensor-specific deviations such as non-linearity, hysteresis and temperature errors are compensated actively.
