In our new production space, we have at our disposal 30 state-of-the-art automated punching & bending machines. In addition to bent wire parts, we also produce bent strip parts here. Production to order with complex forming: Bent strip parts are produced from a broad range of materials, including for instance stainless steel, alloyed or carbon steel, brass, copper, bronze, or even K55 or K75, a specially alloyed steel. We produce complex forms and assembly parts with a strip thickness of 0.15 to 3.00 mm and with a strip width of up to 120 mm; the strip thickness will be dependent on the material. Strip materials: Carbon steels, Stainless steels, Cold-rolled strips, Slit strips. Non-ferrous strips: Brass, Copper,Bronze,Special alloys such as K55 or K75. Strip coatings: Tin-plated, Galvanised, Silver-plated, Gold-plated, Painted, Partial coatings, Special coatings on request.

Production to order – also with special-purpose materials as required: We only produce in accordance with customer specifications. Compression springs can assume a wide variety of designs and forms. Our production facilities include compression springs with wire thicknesses in the range of 0.30 to 3.00 mm with abraded ends and in the range of 0.10 to 4.00 mm with unabraded ends. Even extremely strict tolerances regarding length and strength are adhered to in our compression spring production facility. Special-purpose materials that meet specific requirements can also be integrated into production without any problems. Wire materials: All standard spring steel wires in accordance with EN 10270. Non-ferrous wires made of copper, brass and bronze. Special alloys such as: Hasteloy, CuNi44, NbZr1, TaW2. Other materials on request.

The pressure transmitter DMK 457 with ceramic sensor has been designed for typical applications in shipbuilding and offshore constructions as alternative to our pressure transmitter DMP 457 with piezoresistive stainless steel sensor. Compact braided round copper flexibles made from Cu-ETP1 and Cu-OF1, LEONI Histral® alloys upon request, in bare, tin-plated, nickel-plated or silver-plated, in hard or soft annealed. Single-wire diameter ranging from Ø 0.05 mm to Ø 0.10 mm. Cross-section ranging from 0.047 mm² to 25 mm² (bigger cross-sections upon request). Round copper braids are characterised by a very high degree of dimensional accuracy and a very high Flex life. They are absolute free from twist and support an automatic further processing. Compact braided round copper flexibles are particularly suitable for carbon brushes industry, connection technology, switches or aviation industry.

Compact braided square and rectangular copper flexibles made from Cu-ETP1, Cu-OF1 and LEONI Histral® alloys (upon request) in bare, tin-plated or silver-plated. Single-wire diameter ranging from Ø 0.05 mm to Ø 0.20 mm. Cross-section ranging from 0.47 mm² to 50 mm² (further dimensions upon request). Square copper braids require less space in comparison to round copper braids with the same cross-section. There is a precise positioning owing to square or rectangular shape, which allows for failure-free and fully automated downstream manufacture. Squre or rectangular copper braids are characterised by very good Flex life, being absolute free from twist, a compact cutting surface, a very high degree of dimensional accuracy and a very long lifetime. Compact braided square and rectangular copper flexibles are particularly suitable for applications in carbon brushes industry, connection technology, switches and aviation industry.

Contured fabric tapes, braided into a tube and then flat-rolled. Made from Cu-ETP1 and Cu-OF1, LEONI Histral® alloys upon request, in bare, tin-plated, nickel-plated or silver-plated, hard or soft annealed. Single-wire diameter ranging from Ø 0.05 mm to Ø 0.40 mm. Cross-section ranging from 25 mm² to 120 mm². Our flat-rolled fabric tapes are characterised by straight rectangular edges with a very high degree of dimensional accuracy and very close tolerances. There is an adjustable degree of compaction, with cross-section remaining unchanged, as well as an easy combination of different cross-sections laid on top of each other (modular system). Contured, braided copper tapes have an improved weldability in automated production processes for manufacturing of earthing straps, connectors or electrotechnical components.
