ECO-Sealer-300 with cutting device The ECO-Sealer is an economically optimal solution for the welding/sealing of smaller runs, and they are also very well suited as a starting point for the manual sealing of your packaging. The ECO sealers are ideal for sealing PE (polyethylene) and PP (polypropylene) films. The impulse welders of the ECO series do not require any warm-up time, they are ready for use immediately after activation. They have an adjustable timer with indicator light. MULTIVAC's machine portfolio is unique in the market - and offers the most economical solution for every requirement in terms of size, performance and functionalities.

An alternative to conductive heat sealing is contact induction sealing, which is particularly suitable for sealing demanding container materials such as e.g. glass, metal or ceramic. An electromagnetic field is built up by a generator via an induction coil that is housed in the sealing head. The molecules of the aluminum foil are set in rotating vibrations, creating heat that is used for the sealing process. Our sealing machines PolySeal Vario PN and PolySeal Vario Twin as well as all fully automatic sealing systems can be equipped with induction technology.

PP strapping represents approximately two-thirds of our production. We manufacture it as standard in widths 5-15 millimeters in black. On request, we will be happy to produce it for you in other colors as well. PP strapping material is particularly suitable for strapping packages, cartons or other containers, as well as lighter pallets. After use, it can be easily fed back into the material cycle. It is completely recyclable, has a constantly high quality, can be failure-free processed and is short-term available.
