Pneumatically actuated magnetic gripper type PNEUMAG are pneumatic switchable bi-stable magnetic systems. Air pressure is only needed for switching. The magnet system is permanent and thus keeps safe even with pressure drop. PNEUMAG magnetic grippers enable thin, perforated or textured sheet metal parts (from 0,5mm) take and safe to transport what they recommended specifically for use in automatic and semi-automatic feeding systems as well as slings for robot grippers. PNEUMAG is the alternative to vacuum conveying systems. They were tested on a metal sheet St37 with smooth and clean surface. Our high-performance machining oil SENTOS V-LR3 has a somewhat higher lubricity compared to our SURVOS products. This product also consists of volatile components that evaporate down to a lubrication residue of 3%. All components are approved according to USA-FDA §178.3910 as surface residues for the manufacture of food packaging. This makes our SENTOS optimally suited as a lubricant and drawing agent for punching and deep drawing (even with high contact pressures), for cutting and perforation of sheets (aluminium, steel, copper, brass, zinc-plated), including transformer and electric sheets, as well as for painted and coated sheets in particular. In addition, our SENTOS is especially well suited for cold profiling, bending and embossing, as a cooling lubricant for sawing, drilling, milling and engraving as well as a lubricant for cutting non-metallic materials.

Graf-Flex-SP2 seals The Graf-Flex-SP-2 seal is a pointed sheet seal produced by a special process. The design of the seal is based on empirical values. Numerous tests have been carried out to verify the adhesion between the pointed sheet and the graphite coating as well as the surface quality, and thus the adhesion between the coating and the flange surface.The first phase of these tests led to special perforation of the carrier plate in terms of the geometric shape of the hole and hole distribution. The second phase took account of the adhesion of the seal to the surface of the flange and defined the surface quality of the graphite material. The values found in this way were transferred to the mass production process using a special procedure. . This consisted of a specially produced perforated roller for penetrating the sheet together with a special surface roller.
