Cantilever racking systems are highly load-bearing storage systems intended for storage of long and/or bulky storage materials. Such goods include timber, wooden boards, metal sheets, sections, beams or steel elements, building materials but also scrap cars and all kinds of heavy loads. Cantilever racking by OHRA is distinguished from standard racks using solid steel sections for all load-bearing elements. Thanks to this slim construction of our racks a high storage capacity can be achieved across a small floor space. There are specific types of cantilever racks for every product and for every industry. They differ based on requirements, height, useable depth, load-bearing capacity or section thickness. All cantilever racking are produced individually according to customer requirements; they are equipped with a high-quality powder coat or hot-dip galvanised for outdoor storage.

The roller brush type 964 is made of single section brushes mounted together on a core up to the required face width. This roller brush type can be mounted on cores made from stainless steel, plastic coated steel, or mild steel. Kullen-Koti recommends especially this brush type for heavy-duty operations with a high dense brush surface, e. g. by using our single section brushes with twisted steel knots (Type Z-SH). But we can manufacure the single section in almost all other fill material types. For mounting the single section brushes on the core or by the operator himself on the existing primary shaft, we use our fixing ring (FRB / scew nut (MB) system. Full power in any position The universal machines from BEHRINGER can handle any job that is needed. Perfect to slicing through sectional steel as well as solids in metal and comparable plastics at almost any optional angle. With precise cuts, individually adjustable for bidirectional mitre cuts between 90° and 45°, and optionally even for acute angles of 30°. Semi-automatic variants In the BEHRINGER semi-automatic models, the material is positioned by eye, for instance with the aid of a linelaser. This procedure is recommended for frequently changing cut-off length and when the sections are marked on the material already. Automation Where larger cut-off lengths are required, we recommend the use of a measurement device for precise positioning of the material. Used in conjunction with infeed and outfeed peripheral devices such as roller conveyors and transverse transport devices, the degree of automation can be increased to achieve added streamlining effects.

FXE-M electro-permanent load lifting magnet modules can be combined with MCF control units to form modular load lifting systems. For example, a single FXE-M module with an MCF 1-channel control unit can be used on the crane of a flame-cutting machine, or 4 FXE-M modules, controlled together or individually by an MCF 4-channel control unit, can operate in a fully automatic sectional steel plant. In use on cranes, manipulators, conveyors and robots, FXE-M modules have proven themselves thousands of times over. FXE-M modules are manufactured using monoblock technology and are extremely stable. As with the other products in the FXE series, a choice can be made between different pole types in order to use the appropriate magnet module depending on the load, dimensions and surface.

The solid machine design of the h-frame press with section steel frame structure is the basis for integration of multi-head tools. Equipment with up to 16 ultrasonic generators allows for cycle time-optimized process sequences in one processing station. The weld tools are moved far up by means of a pneumatically operated H-frame so that large-volume plastic components can be comfortably loaded into the work station. It is equipped with a 914mm diameter serrated lap plate, manufactured from Grade 300 grey cast iron to ISO 185(2005) as standard. Other plates can be supplied on request. The machine is self-contained and the rigid welded tubular section steel frame supports the reduction gearbox and drive motor and houses the abrasive compound system and the waste tank. Access to these is provided by lift off panels. The machine is intended for use with free abrasive compounds. A dispensing system, for use with water and diamond compounds etc., can also be fitted. Flatness of the machines lap plate, and consequently of the work, is controlled by adjusting the position of the conditioning rings relative to the lap plate track.
