The pop-up counter "Stretch" stands out from other counters due to the practical welting frame. The banner material is equipped with a surrounding silicone lip, which allows the banner to be stretched into the frame. Thus you achieve a smooth and wrinkle-free image.

Set up the aluminium partition wall including the partially printed banner at the desired location with a few easy-to-move steps. The partition consists of an aluminium frame, which is fixed on two stable angle feet. The room divider is delivered to you with a crystal clear banner made of PVC, which can be partially printed with an individual motif. Through the flat piping sewn all around the banner, the foil is inserted into the profile of the aluminium frame and stretched at the same time. The partition wall is ideal for implementing distance rules and separating areas from each other. At the same time, the partial transparency allows a view of the room. This is particularly advantageous where visual contact between staff and visitors is important.

At the same time, the transparency of the room means that it is always completely visible. This is particularly advantageous where eye contact is important, such as in the dining room of restaurants. Likewise, the optical perception of the room is preserved by the transparency and is not negatively changed. Another banner can be clamped into the frame at any time. They can handle sheet metal and profiles up to 1.0 mm thickness or aluminium up to 1.5 mm thickness. HZ 52 hand pliers are used for correcting or adjusting metal profiles and sheet flanges by shrinking or stretching to make them fit perfectly. Furthermore, clinching (connecting metal parts without heat or additional fasteners) is possible. Changing of the application just by changing the tools. VALENO Stretch Film combines the tried-and-tested corrosion protection afforded by EXCOR VCI with the specific properties of a stretch film. VALENO Stretch Film is a universal medium for the shape-hugging wrapping of merchandise stacked in open containers and the secure bundling of shaped pieces and tubing, while also providing a protective skin for metal parts and coils. Its smooth outer surface prevents wrapped merchandise packages from adhering to each other and facilitates the handling of stretched packages. The VCI corrosion protection integrated into the polyethylene-polymer matrix of EXCOR VALENO Stretch Film is active on both sides. VALENO Stretch Film can be used both manually and in packing machines.

Precise even with low strip tension The segment rolls were developed specially for use in stretch bending levellers. The extremely free-running measuring rings permit high-precision shape measurement even with very low strip tensions. A rigid tubular section which forms the shaft of the roll supports several pivotably mounted measuring rings. They form the outer shell of the measuring roll over which the strip passes. Force sensors inside the measuring rings detect the force resulting from the strip tension. The sensors have high resolution, are overload-proof and maintenance-free. The data are transmitted through the centre axis of the roll and output as a Profibus signal.

We offer a broad spectrum of bulk rolls for fabricators of stretch films, which process bulk rolls to small rolls, hand rolls or pre-stretched hand and machine rolls - on a blown-extrusion as well as a cast basis.

For automated processing we produce machine films in blown-film extrusion as well as cast processes. Film formulas with various amounts of maximum elasticity and resistance to penetration in various strengths and roll widths allow us to cover the entire spectrum of processing requirements for a stretch film. The type of film application depends on the respective load, the application purpose (dust protection or actual load security) and the machine utilised for the stretching. We are able to service all types of machines - from simple stretch machines operating only with braking power to the high performance stretch facilities with high rotational speed. To improve visual protection and protection from theft, we also produce our machine films in the standard colours black and white. Further colouration according to our colour reference catalogue are also possible. However, we also develop special colouration for our customers - so for example to incorporate a brand colour. Depending on the customer's request, we equip our machine films one-sided normal-adhesive / one-sided strong-adhesive or with a smooth side.

We produce our manual films in a variety of widths, thicknesses and quality levels from blown-extrusion films to cast stretch films. As well as the usual, still elastic hand rolls, we also offer pre-stretched manual films. To improve visual protection and protection from theft, all our manual films can be coated in the standard colours black and white. Our agricultural stretch films (Blown Stretch Films) are PIB-based blown stretch films. Due to the special blown-film extrusion process they provide an even greater protection than cast stretch films. In agriculture, they predominately serve for the production of so-called silage bales which reliably protect the feed in small consumption units against weather and moisture for a long time and thus ensure that the feed retains its high quality. With their excellent adhesive characteristics our agricultural stretch film optimally seals the bale against the outside. The film has a thickness of 25µm and is available in the colours white, black, light green and dark green in the dimensions 750 x 1500 m² or 500 x 1800 m².
