The Powder Sampler Mini is a stainless steel sampler for small quantities. When the button is pressed, a sampling rod enters the sample material and retracts when released. In this way, a fixed amount of sample material is enclosed in the sample notch of the rod and removed. The sampler precisely collects 0.01 ml, 0.05 ml and 0.1 ml sample volumes, depending on the version. With an insertion depth of up to 300 mm, multiple target point samples can be collected at different depths. The small-volume powder sampler is made of high-quality stainless steel 1.4404/1.4571 (316L/316Ti). The Mini powder sampler is used for sampling powdery products from small containers, sacks, drums or open containers. Primarily in the pharmaceutical, medical products and biotechnology sectors, e.g. for testing raw materials, active ingredients and excipients.

Toothed belt brushes from Kullen complement the belt brush range and offer one advantage in the feeding technique which the others do not: they can be set to a measurable cycle time. We only use standard toothed belts made of polyurethane with especially welded studs for fixing the fill material. The toothed belts are resistant against humidity, oils, greases and most chemicals. They can be used at temperatures between -15°C up to 80°C. Our experience shows that the required variations of toothed belt brushes are specific according to the customer's application and thus are normally produced ready to be installed as an endless unit. This brush type is available in common widths (KB) of standard toothed belts divided in T5, T10 and T20. The belt length depends on your requirements. A very interesting aspect of our STS-spiral coils is the type with inverted fill material that is used, for instance, for polishing, descaling or removal of corrosion off rods or wires in a continuous operation. With an outside diameter of only 20 mm it is possible to reach an inner diameter of zero. Offering an enormous choice of dimensions and fill material qualities this brush has almost unlimited applications. The pioneering of this brush type has left its mark and shows in every detail of this brush. The diagram below shows how the STS coil is constructed: the fill material is fixed with a locking wire inside the backing tape.
