Electrical Steel: rotor and stator sheets as full service Due to the growing demand for electrical steel, we have bundled our technological resources and expanded the production of pure sheet metal blanks to complete packages in stator and rotor sheets. We are therefore able to provide you, our customers the service of complete sheet metal stacks baked, laser-welded or punched packaged in the electrical steel sector. Due to our extremely thin cutting gap of just 0.07mm - as much as the diameter of a human hair - we are able to produce the smallest contours. The extreme power density at a max. laser power of 1,000 watts enable electrical sheets based on baked varnish technology with the lowest possible edge zone melting - burr-free. Everything 100% "Made in Germany" in packaged quality - usually tolerance class T7. Usual delivery times are approx. one week for cutted sheets, 2-3 weeks for baking or welding parts. Optigrun Triangle Water Conduit WLP Plus is used as water conduit system to support the discharge of excess water from drainage and substrate layers. Profiles may be interconnected by means of simple click-locks to any desired length.

The SVS wheel series is primarily used for heavy duty applications requiring extremely high load capacities of up to 15,000 kg. They are typically used in machine and systems engineering. Their resistance to a wide range of aggressive substances also makes them suitable for use in applications which require resistance to chipping and oil. Despite their exceptional load capacities, only minimal effort is required on smooth surfaces to move transport units with SVS castors. The rugged grey cast iron series is extremely wear-resistant and is also capable of withstanding temperatures of between -25°C and 120°C.

The GEMÜ Q40 2/2-way pinch valve has a stainless steel piston actuator and is pneumatically operated. The valve guides a tube which is compressed from above by a compressor to control and regulate media. The compressor's specially developed contour and the inserts' contour minimise the strain on the tube and thus increase the tubes' service life. Tubes can be safely inserted and removed in simple steps and without tools. The available control functions are "normally closed (NC)" and "normally open (NO)". An integral optical position indicator is standard
