The GEMÜ SUMONDO® single-use diaphragm valve consists of a diaphragm valve body and a manual or pneumatic operator. The single-use diaphragm valve body has an internally welded diaphragm. The single-use diaphragm valve body is fastened to the operator using a clamp. The valve body and the operator are locked using a defined closing and opening procedure. After use, the single-use diaphragm valve body and its diaphragm can be removed from the operator and disposed of. The GEMÜ 601, GEMÜ 612 and GEMÜ 673 2/2-way diaphragm valves have a temperature resistant plastic handwheel and are manually operated. The GEMÜ 602 valve has a stainless steel handwheel and is manually operated. Bonnet and internals are made all of stainless steel. The GEMÜ 530 2/2-way globe valve has a rugged low maintenance stainless steel piston actuator and is pneumatically operated. The valve spindle is sealed by a self-adjusting gland packing providing low maintenance and reliable valve spindle sealing even after a long service life. The modular GEMÜ 553 distribution valve comprises various globe valve modules. These can be equipped with manual or pneumatic operators. The downstream media is isolated using a PTFE seal. The valve spindle is sealed by a self-adjusting gland packing. This provides a low-maintenance and reliable valve spindle seal even after an extended period of operation. The wiper ring that is installed upstream of the gland packing also protects this against contamination and damage. The individual modules can be easily connected using screws. The seal on the connection flange and between the individual valve bodies has an FPM O-ring. The GEMÜ N082, N182 and N782 pressure reducers ensure that a constant outlet pressure is maintained in process plant utilizing the pressure differential.If the pressure rises on the outlet side, the spring force is lower and the valve closes as the spring is raised. The pressure is reduced until the spring force and the outlet pressure are the same. If the pressure falls, the valve opens as the spring force presses against the diaphragm surface via the control aperture. The outlet pressure can be read off a diaphragm-protected pressure gauge (not available for N782) and the spring force adjusted using a set screw as required. - The working pressure can be very easily adjusted using a set screw and secured with the integrated lock nut. If required, the setting that has been made can be lead sealed - The flow-efficient design of the valve body ensures good flow rate values - Control errors are kept to a minimum due to the large control face and the spiral spring

The GEMÜ 507 2/2-way angle seat globe valve has an ergonomically designed plastic handwheel and is manually operated. The valve spindle is sealed by a self-adjusting gland packing providing low maintenance and reliable valve spindle sealing even after a long service life. A wiper ring fitted in front of the gland packing protects the seal against contamination and damage. The GEMÜ 566 2/2-way globe control valve has a body with an integrated control mechanism which can be controlled by various operator types. In addition to a pneumatic version, manual and motorized versions are also available. Our radiator valves DIN 42560 type B and type B OR for transformers are designed to be mounted between two flanges or between tank wall flange and radiator flange. The flange is made of forged steel S355J2G3 and thus not subject to any leakage. Flange thickness is h=40 mm with recessed body. Our radiator valves DIN 42560 B and B OR NW 80 fulfill the tightness requirements and operating conditions in accordance with DIN 42560 as well as EN 50216-8. Due to the metal sealed clap a low leakage is permitted while the soft-sealed radiator valve is absolutely oil and vacuum-tight (zero-leakage). Both variations are absolutely tight in operation condition to the outside of the transformer.
