The rollers are produced in the following versions: with pinion integral to the jacket for continuous transport; with friction pinion for stockpiling transport.

With PVC pipe and head, with steel tube and PVC head. They are mounted vertically with sliding guide functions; horizontally for special applications such as the mounting for tangential belts in motor-driven conveyors through driven base rollers or rollers with pulley for flat belt. With plastic wheels on steel axles, assembled in sequence, they are used as an alternative to tapered rollers in gravity curves for the handling of packages with a flat supporting surface and light loads. The wheels can be individually assembled, fixed on flatbeds by means of suitable brackets, in correspondence with exchanges between curves and tracks with idlers, in conjunction between tracks with ortogonal motor-driven rollers or with the function of guide-abutment of packages.

AISI 304, AISI 316, etc. …) They are used in motor-driven conveyors and in motor-driven conveyors for stockpiling with medium-high loads and medium speeds, in bad environmental conditions.In order to facilitate installation, TECNORULLI provides brackets for mounting on the structure. Straight brackets made of cold-formed sheet steel, fitted with housing for supporting the roller axle.The choice of brackets to be welded or secured by screws depends on the type of roller to be supported and the installation to be achieved.See diagrams and tables.

Clamped or monobloc steel rollers mounted on pre-lubricated and protected radial ball bearings.The externally threaded axle protrudes from one end of the tube only. They are vertically mounted, with a guiding and sliding function, in gravity or motor-driven conveyors.The technical characteristics of Series 6 rollers are those of the relative base rollers.

They are used in gravity and motor-driven conveyors for guiding and keeping pallets and packages in general in line.The flanges may be made of bolted aluminum UNI 4514, bracketed and tightened on the tube according to the installation to be achieve, or of welded sheet steel, pressure keyed on the tube and joined by continuous welding.See diagrams and tables.

Due to the structural characteristics of the materials of which they are made, these rollers are used for motor-driven conveyor in combined systems of handling and stockpiling of light, medium-heavy and heavy packages in normal, dusty, corrosive, and also humid and warm environments.They are made of clamped or monobloc base rollers with steel tube, crown and simple double steel pinions, aligned on the tube or at one end of the jacket.

Steel clamped and monobloc idlers with double cylindrical tube or conical tube.They are used in the production of gravity or push curves. Curves with rollers are used to deflect the straight running direction of the package in a circular direction.Their opening angle α° is normally 45°, 90° or 180°.Depending on the flow of material running clockwise or anticlockwise, they are named right or left.In the production of curves with idlers, the following types of rollers can be used:_ individual cylindrical rollers mounted in radially staggered fashion (base-idlers)

Depending on their application, the rollers have specific shapes for connection to the structure.
