The rollers are produced in the following versions: with pinion integral to the jacket for continuous transport; with friction pinion for stockpiling transport and in the connection of machines operating at different speeds.

Rollers PVC-STEEL rollers with resin polyamide PA or steel ACC pinion driven by tangential chain or chain with links in serie. PVC-STEEL cylindrical and tapered rollers with one or two grooves rolled on the steel tube, driven by round belt links in series or individually connected to a transmission bar activated by the motor unit. PVC and PVC-STEEL rollers with flat or toothed polyamide resin PA or steel ACC pulley driven by tangential belt or belt links in series. The diagrams and tables on page 86 show the dimensional characteristics and minimum and maximum lengths of manufacture. The rollers for flat or toothed belts are produced in the following versions: with pinion integral to the jacket for continuous transport; with friction pulley for stockpiling transport and in the connection of machines operating at different speeds.

With PVC pipe and head, with steel tube and PVC head. They are mounted vertically with sliding guide functions; horizontally for special applications such as the mounting for tangential belts in motor-driven conveyors through driven base rollers or rollers with pulley for flat belt. With plastic wheels on steel axles, assembled in sequence, they are used as an alternative to tapered rollers in gravity curves for the handling of packages with a flat supporting surface and light loads. The wheels can be individually assembled, fixed on flatbeds by means of suitable brackets, in correspondence with exchanges between curves and tracks with idlers, in conjunction between tracks with ortogonal motor-driven rollers or with the function of guide-abutment of packages.

The axle is made of drawn austenitic stainless steel round AISI 303 (on request. AISI 304, AISI 316, etc. …) They are used in motor-driven conveyors and in motor-driven conveyors for stockpiling with medium-high loads and medium speeds, in bad environmental conditions.In order to facilitate installation, TECNORULLI provides brackets for mounting on the structure. Straight brackets made of cold-formed sheet steel, fitted with housing for supporting the roller axle.The choice of brackets to be welded or secured by screws depends on the type of roller to be supported and the installation to be achieved.See diagrams and tables.

Clamped or monobloc steel rollers mounted on pre-lubricated and protected radial ball bearings.The externally threaded axle protrudes from one end of the tube only. They are vertically mounted, with a guiding and sliding function, in gravity or motor-driven conveyors.The technical characteristics of Series 6 rollers are those of the relative base rollers.

They are used in gravity and motor-driven conveyors for guiding and keeping pallets and packages in general in line.The flanges may be made of bolted aluminum UNI 4514, bracketed and tightened on the tube according to the installation to be achieve, or of welded sheet steel, pressure keyed on the tube and joined by continuous welding.See diagrams and tables.

Due to the structural characteristics of the materials of which they are made, these rollers are used for motor-driven conveyor in combined systems of handling and stockpiling of light, medium-heavy and heavy packages in normal, dusty, corrosive, and also humid and warm environments.They are made of clamped or monobloc base rollers with steel tube, crown and simple double steel pinions, aligned on the tube or at one end of the jacket.

Steel clamped and monobloc idlers with double cylindrical tube or conical tube.They are used in the production of gravity or push curves. Curves with rollers are used to deflect the straight running direction of the package in a circular direction.Their opening angle α° is normally 45°, 90° or 180°.Depending on the flow of material running clockwise or anticlockwise, they are named right or left.In the production of curves with idlers, the following types of rollers can be used:_ individual cylindrical rollers mounted in radially staggered fashion (base-idlers)

Steel rollers with the jacket consisting of tube and bearing mounting head rigidly coupled by welding.Monobloc steel rollers are used in conveyors with medium, heavy or very heavy loads. Depending on their application, the rollers have specific shapes for connection to the structure. This need is particularly noticeable in the production of gravity and motor-driven conveyors.For the correct installation of steel idlers, refer to the “Fixing rollers to structures” section on page 11.For the correct installation of motor-driven rollers, refer to the “Fixing rollers to structures” section on page 68. The diagrams and Table 60 show the shapes of the ends of the axles envisaged in TECNORULLI production’s “Monobloc steel rollers” programme.On request, other forms of connections and rollers with hubs can be considered.

They are installed on self-centring stations with the same function.The technical characteristics of Series 6 rollers are those of the relative base rollers.Other finishes, see page 30.

Due to the characteristics of the materials of which they are made, these rollers are used in conveyors operating in highly corrosive environmental conditions.With a state-of-the-art manufacture, they possess the requisites of the specifications for steel rollers on page 4. Garland roller sets are used in belt conveyors that have to handle blunt, bulky, heavy materials. The increased containment capacity of the roller basin facilitates higher speed of transport than those of traditional stations. For upper stations in current use installations, garland sets with 3 and 5 rubberised impact rollers are mounted; for lower stations, garland sets with 2 rollers with scraping rubber rings are mounted.

Drums are used in belt conveyors for the handling of bulk materials, with predominant functions of activating (control drums) and tensioning (idler drums) the rubber matting. In the most challenging handling systems such as large mining or port complexes, etc., where hourly flow rates and speeds are high and the distances or differences in altitude to be reached or gained are considerable, they are further distinguished depending on the specific application: contrast drums; deviator drums; tensioning drums.

LATERAL BRACKETS TO BE WELDED Straight brackets made of cold-formed sheet steel, fitted with housing for supporting the roller shaft. ADJUSTABLE LATERAL BRACKETS TO BE WELDED Cold-formed steel sheet brackets, comprising a straight bracket fitted with housing for supporting the roller shaft and a plate, connected to it by means of screw and threaded nut, for fastening to the structure by welding.The slots of the junction housings enable precise adjustment of the roller assembly.The choice and dimensions of the brackets to be adopted depend on the diameter of the roller to be supported, the series to which it belongs and the type of installation to be achieved.

The continuous cycle storage system (dynamic warehouse) consists of gravity roller tables positioned on the ground or incorporated in shelving. The contiguous placement of multiple flow lines and the appropriate exploitation of the height of the storage area by multiple-shelf structures, give these systems great compactness, allowing optimal use of available space.

They consist of two steel clamped or monobloc rollers mounted on a single “V”-folded shaft. They have the upper bearing mounting heads with hermetic closure and the lower ones, with protruding shaft, with labyrinth dust protection. The shaft is locked in the housing of the central bracket.The latter, with a base plate fitted with mounting holes, is made of cold-formed steel sheet.They are used in concave belt conveyors that operate, even in bad environmental conditions, at medium-high speed, with medium loads and sizes.

Due to the structural characteristics of the materials of which they are made, these rollers are used in belt conveyors in handling systems for bulk, humid or sticky materials, in normal, aggressive environments; operating temperature also low. As lower rollers (return) because they prevent the accumulation of material carried by the band, the field of application is specifically on the steel tubes; they thus favour linear and jolt-free running of the rubber matting. They consist of clamped or monobloc base rollers with steel tube and special anti-abrasive rubber rings pressure-aligned on the jacket.

The logic functions provide a secured and controlled flow of goods on the conveyor line by starting and stopping at defined segments with in a conveyorline. The logic functions control the accumulation roller convenyor with precise insertion and removal of goods during distribution
