The shoring frames TG 60 are made of steel tube of higher strength and are stiffened with 2 small diagonal braces. To transfer tensile forces, every frame is secured by hinged pins, locking pins or bolts to each other. In this way the towers can be assembled on the ground and placed by a crane. The shoring frames TG 60 are designed symmetrically – because of that you don’t have to care about the direction of the diagonal braces.

The profile Z forced is widely used as wall and roof beams in the construction of light steel frame buildings (LSFB), as well as an element for fastening the supporting frame in systems of hinged ventilated facades. The length of the profiles is determined by the design and can be up tp 12 m. with a thickness from 0,5 to 3,0 mm with galvanized coating up to 600g/m2. The galvanized profile Z forced profile with acceptable price is suitable for influence of high and low temperature, humid environment, solar radiation. Such profile is used for the construction of warehouses, production workshops, trade pavilions and centers.

The ALTO Heavy Duty Tower - like the rest of the ALTO Access range - is manufactured using 48mm diameter tube, the same diameter as traditional steel scaffolding. This means adaptations and tying in is very easy because you can use standard tube & fittings which you cannot with a lightweight system. Every welded joint on the ALTO Heavy Duty Tower is fully welded 360O around the tube. This means fractured welds are a thing of the past and make the tower a much more rigid structure with joints 5 times stronger in tension & 13 times stronger in bending. The ALTO Heavy Duty Tower has a load capacity of 2,500 kg (2.5t) per mobile tower (3,000 kg if using base jacks) compared to between 650 - 950 Kg maximum for lightweight competitor products - reducing health & safety risks whilst increasing the range of applications available. The ALTO conical head fittings prevent frames from jamming when dismantling towers so hammer damage is totally eliminated.

Centrifugally cast composite parts made up with a matrix in silicon-aluminum alloy and SiC reinforcement elements: Silicon Carbide particles. Characteristics of an ALUSiC® piece: - SiC reinforcement ratio ranging from 30 to 60% (in volume) depending on the application. - Perfect volume distribution of the SiC particles. Physical properties: - Low density (d ≤ 2.95). - Very low expansion coefficient (alpha < 8x10-6 with 60% SiC). - High thermal conductivity (> 150W/m/°K). Mechanical properties: - Very high stiffness (Proof stress > 185x10-6 N/mm² with 60% SiC). - Exceptional wear resistance. - Good mechanical properties under hot conditions (up to 300° C / 572° F). The non-reinforced zone has the characteristics of basic alloy.

Universal deck form PSK-CUP combines the functions of deck form and scaffolding. The deck form PSK-CUP corresponds to the space frame which forms the rigid frame without joints which does not require additional stabilization by diagonal connections in most cases. It is assembled from the tubular members: vertical and horizontal, lower threaded lifting jacks and upper threaded uniforks, connection elements, it may be completed with fixation elements. Vertical elements are the basic bearing components of the framework on vertical plane. There are six basic dimension. They are joined with the help of connection elements according to the principle “tube-in-tube”. In every 500 mm the vertical elements have welded cup connections – “lower cup” produced from the high-quality steel, with the attached mobile cups – “upper cup” produced from ductile casting. They provide support for horizontal elements. The horizontal elements provide the framework rigidity.
