The machine is fully automatic punching and stacking system for GSM cards (Global System for Mobile Communications). It is designed to punch the Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) and scribe a break out line according to the GSM 11.11 standard. The AutoSAM 3.51 is an automatic bar feeder with hydrodynamic bar guidance. Its field of application is in small, medium and large series. Just like its little brother, the Bar loading magazine AutoSAM 3.26, it is well suited for connection to sliding headstock lathes (Swiss type). The bar feeder has a calibration-free material clamping which is carried out by collets. This saves time for material change due to the automatic centric positioning. The Mitsubishi PLC control system with PC board ensures extreme process reliability and simplifies communication with the lathe. Compatible with almost all types of lathes. For example Citizen, Star, Nomura, Mazak, Okuma, DMG Mori, SMEC, Doosan, Nakamura, CMZ, Takamaz and many more. The loading magazine has a control panel with function display, which is used for the settings of the machine. Multilingual menu navigation and error messages are included as standard in the display.

The bar feeder is supplied as standard with a Z-axis sliding unit to ensure free access to the Spindle Liner. This makes it easy to change the spindle insert tube. The Bar Loading Magazine is manufactured in Germany with first-class materials and components. The MULTI-3000SL guarantees long-term reliability. It impresses with its service and environmentally friendly design. It is also a fully electric and servo-controlled magazine. Due to the easy access to all parts it is extremely user-friendly. Further features are the smooth material feed, an optimal control and monitoring of the material feed, as well as the exact positioning of the bar without mechanical stop. Due to its design, the Multi 3000 does not require a shifting device to change the Spindle Liner. A shifting device is optionally available in X- and Z-axis and in different lengths.

The AutoSAM 3.26 is an automatic bar feeder with hydrodynamic bar guidance. It is particularly suitable for connection to sliding headstock lathes (Swiss-Type). Its field of application is in small, medium and large series. Its big brother is the bar loading magazine AutoSAM 3.51. The bar feeder has a calibration-free material clamping which is carried out by collets. This saves time for material change due to the automatic centric positioning. Four clamping jaws ensure maximum hold while the collet is being pulled onto the bar. The Mitsubishi PLC control system with PC board ensures extreme process reliability and simplifies communication with the lathe. Compatible with almost all types of lathes. For example Citizen, Star, Nomura, Mazak, Okuma, DMG Mori, SMEC, Doosan, Nakamura, CMZ, Takamaz and many more.

The Mini Shaft Loader allows you to load short shafts. The loading is done automatically. Do you have remnants of long bar feeder and would you like to process them? Or do you want to load very short shafts automatically? The MSL is the ideal complement for the Multi-3000 to load short shafts. It has a multi-profile loading prism. So you can load round and hexagonal material and all this without changing channels. Special profiles are possible on request. Impact-free recharging thanks to the exclusive recharging cycle. The recharging cycle is based on the patented recharging mechanism of the Multi 3000. After fast and precise bar removal, the material is gently placed on the loading prism. The Mini Shaft Loader is connected to the bar feeder. This takes over the power supply and control of the loading system. The material is fed via the slide of the loading magazine.

The PANDYNO FPPD vertical inserters allow to an operator to fill and seal the packs avoiding the use of preformed bags. The operator must in fact insert the product to be packaged in the magazine tube, on which a few meters of tubular film have been previously loaded. The product goes down into the tubular film up to the support surface. The operator manually closes the sealing bar by applying a slight pressure on the bar. The welding machine in a single operation carries out the welding of the package, the cutting of the film and the welding of the bottom of the next envelope. This operation takes place using an electromagnetic blocking device. By equipping the bagging machine with several loaders, it is possible to increase the productivity of the machine. To avoid waiting times it is also possible to pre-load different magazine tubes so that they can be quickly replaced once the film is finished. The standard model can be placed on a bench and comes with a charger of your choice.

The C 650 uses a modification of HERMLE's tried-and-tested gantry-type design, with a mineral-cast machine bed. The integrated, rigid clamping table can cope with workpieces up to a maximum of 3000 kg (1050 x 900 x 600 mm) in the 3-axis version, making it ideal for toolmaking, mould construction and machine construction. The swivelling rotary table of the 5-axis version can accommodate workpieces up to 1500 kg (Ø 900 x 600 mm), allowing for highly precise machining. The traverse path in the stainless-steel-clad working area comprises 1050 x 900 x 600 mm with a vertical table clearance of 775 mm and a door aperture of 1050 mm. Ideal parameters for simple and safe crane charging. The C 650 has an integrated tool magazine for 42 tools. The control panel of the C 650 is also designed to swivel easily to the magazine loading location, so the operator can enter the tool data directly into the tool table in the control system.

Our HSF-eco model is used for offline labelling of flat products such as empty pharmaceutical boxes, postcards or cardboard blanks. After loading the infeed magazine, the system unstacks the inserted products fully automatically and collects them again after labelling. The system can be refilled during operation and the processed products can be removed. In the basic version, product widths of 350 mm can be easily labelled. Models for processing wider products are optionally available.

The "Metzner RPA 10-SL" is a powerful and flexible press automation system for handling indexable inserts and small ceramic parts for medium to large batch sizes. It has an integrated magazine system for up to ten sintering inserts. Empty sintering inserts are automatically removed from the magazine, loaded and then returned as required. In this way, the powder press automation works independently over a longer period of time without loading and unloading processes leading to a press stop. With its integrated 4-axis SCARA robot, the machine achieves very high system speeds of up to 30 stroke/min. The "RPA 10-SL" is operated conveniently via the integrated control or via the mobile operator terminal. At the push of a button, loaded sintering plates are removed and new ones received. Defined operating data are transferred to the press control via an interface.
