Arrow Lux is a tightening seal made of polypropylene. It features a tightener with a catch and a tail part; there is a locking mechanism with a protective cap between them. The catch of the seal is designed for convenient fastening, as well as displaying identifying information: unique number, logo, and other details. The operating length of the seal is 385 mm (15.16") Another degree of protection of Clixar seals is laser marking with a unique eight-digit number on the catch and cap. It is applied through the thickness of the surface of the seal, thus, it is impossible to erase the marking completely and apply a new number or replace the seal. We also provide the opportunity to apply your company logo, QR and bar codes, and other information on the seal catch.

The twist seal Turbion is a seal made of polycarbonate. It has two pre-installed parts: a case and a rotor. The transparent (sometimes semi-transparent) case reliably protects the internal locking mechanism and helps to monitor its integrity. The internal rotor consists of 4 leaves that allow to rotate it only clockwise. This means that it is impossible to open or remove the seal without destroying the rotor, which warns the intruders of unavoidable and obvious signs of external interference. As an added security, the case catch and rotor are marked with the same unique number. This eliminates the possibility to replace the seal or some of its parts with another. Also, your logo, QR and bar codes, and other information can be laser marked on the case catch. All markings are lasered through the thickness of the surface making it impossible to erase them and apply another marking without visible damage.

The tightening seal Postseal is a monolithic polyethylene seal. Clixar developed a self-locking mechanism for the lock with an asymmetrical double-sided arrangement of elements. It simplifies the installation process of the seal and makes its opening more complicated. The unique number is applied to the seal's catch. The application is performed by laser marking through the thickness of the seal's surface making it impossible to erase the number without visibly damaging the seal's surface. It is applied by laser, which virtually eliminates the threat of counterfeiting or replacing the seal number. The rotor of the seal can only be rotated clockwise, so you can be sure that once the seal is installed, no one can open it without leaving visible signs of tampering. An additional degree of protection is marking applied by laser through the thickness of the seal surface. Thus, it cannot be erased, removed, or counterfeited. The tightening seal Bankseal is a monolithic polyethylene tightening seal that has a self-locking mechanism. It was developed specifically for the banking sector, but it has also been successfully used for sealing a huge number of other items and facilities. The Bankseal consists of a catch, an internal locking mechanism, and a ribbed tail. The locking mechanism features the two-leaf collet, which allows the tail part of the seal to be pulled in one direction only and has no reverse movement. Thus, the lock does not allow pulling the tail part backward. To prevent the possibility of the seal replacement, an individual number is applied to its catch. The number is marked through the thickness of the coating by laser, thus the number cannot be erased or counterfeited. In addition, the company logo, QR, and bar codes can be marked on the catch.

The Twisteiro tamper-evident twist seal is made of polycarbonate. It consists of two pre-installed parts: a transparent case with a catch and a rotor insert. It is used in combination with a sealing rope. The transparent case makes it possible to monitor the integrity of the inner rotor and also protects it from tampering. The inner part of the rotor can be closed by turning it clockwise only. It helps to secure the rope in the seal so that it cannot be reached without visible signs of tampering. For better protection, the same unique number is applied to the case and rotor. This measure prevents the substitution of individual parts of the seal. The numbers are laser-marked through the thickness of the surface, so they cannot be easily erased and replaced with a new number or tampered with. Arrow V2 is a tamper-evident seal produced of polypropylene. It is a tightening seal by the structure that features a catch, as well as a tail part, there is a locking mechanism between them, it is protected by a special cap. This powerful HSF friction feeder is the optimal solution when empty folding boxes have to be marked with variable data offline from the production line. The modular design of the system enables an easy integration of the desired marking technology. The HSF separates the folding boxes from the stack in the infeed magazine. The cartons are guided to the printing station by two parallel running belt conveyors. Print information could be e.g. serialisation data in the form of bar codes or data matrix codes and text.
