Demag frequency inverters ensure that your motors deliver the performance that you expect. We offer solutions for virtually all drive applications with our Dedrive Pro 880 and Dedrive Compact STO ranges, to meet even the most demanding requirements. Dedrive Pro 880 and Dedrive Compact STO provide optimum utilization of motor output for variable speed control. The starting current is limited and, at the same time, the motor and gearbox loads are reduced – any mechanical elements (including the crane girders and crane runway) are protected and loads are transported smoothly and gently.

Our motors perform a wide variety of industrial drive tasks. Reliably and effectively. For example, our type Z cylindrical-rotor brake motors – also as brake motors – offer high drive efficiency – also in continuous duty. They are specially designed to match our gearbox range and provide for simple project engineering. Our conical-rotor brake motors with outputs of up to 55 kW are used for stopping-and-starting drives or for direct line-fed travel applications. Thanks to their unique brake principle, they are the first choice wherever demanding requirements have to be met by the brake.

Our geared motors are configured from a modular range of motors and gearboxes that are designed for a perfect match. Our modular system enables us to implement solutions tailored to meet your needs quickly and costeffectively using standardized sub-assemblies to create offset geared motors, angular geared motors and helical geared motors. This saves you valuable project engineering time – and gives you the certainty of reliable specification. At the same time, you benefit from our extensive design and application expertise in every module.

PVC Sliding Door and Window System is equipped with specially designed profiles and isolation-oriented auxiliary materials. Thanks to the TPE gasket used in the butt closure and butt joint profiles, the isolation level has been increased. This system includes different options such as sliding frame, sliding frame frame, sliding frame with fly screen, three rail frame, fixed sliding frame and fixed sliding frame frame, which offer various solutions. Depending on the window and door details, there are two different sliding wing profiles (3 chambers) options in the system. PVC Sliding Door and Window System can be used by using auxiliary profiles that will provide combination with Zendow and Everest Max Systems. In addition, by using aluminum face closing and butt joint profiles, wind resistance has been increased and it has become possible to manufacture joinery in larger sizes.

The range DEL/DRIVE conveyor belt is the ideal alternative to conventional modular belts: it can replace a modular belt without any modifications. To meet all needs, DEL/DRIVE range is composed by several versions: - DEL/DRIVE 50: Made in polyurethane, it is both flexible and resistant and has high tensile strength. - DEL/DRIVE 25: The pitch of 25mm allows using smaller diameter of sprockets. The space required is thus reduced, and the transfer of the transported products is facilitated. - DEL/DRIVE 50H: Made in polyester elastomer, it is recommended for the transport of medium to heavy-weight - DEL/DRIVE 50AM: It benefits of an antimicrobial treatment which improves the hygiene level. - DEL/DRIVE 50AMEM: It also benefits of an antimicrobial treatment and has an embossed upper face that reduced the adherence of transported products. - DEL/DRIVE 50EMLT: It works in very low ambient temperatures and its embossed upper face facilitates the conveyance of frozen poducts.

The PSE 200 positioning system is a complete system consisting of an actuator and a closed loop with a torque of up to 10 Nm. The target value is predefined via an analogue signal. The position is measured via an absolute measuring system and up to 50 rotations are possible. The position report is via an analogue signal 0 .. 10 V or 0/4 .. 20 mA. A release-input ensures additional security during positioning (optional).

The PSE 272 positioning system is a complete system consisting of an actuator and a closed loop with a torque of up to 5 Nm. The target value is predefined via an analogue signal. The position is measured via an absolute measuring system and up to 15 rotations are possible. A release-input ensures additional security during positioning.

The Delta Line Phoenix Drive product family is the next generation of highly integrated motor control solutions. By processing all real-time critical functions within the drive, the Phoenix Drive minimizes communication traffic, reduces controller dimensions and decreases the overall system cost. It also provides axis synchronization, making the Phoenix Drive a cost-effective integrated motion controller. The Phoenix Drive uses EtherCAT high speed communication protocol and is available in two configurations: B100 and B500. Both configurations include system protections such as over current, over and under voltage, overheating, phase-to-phase shorts and ground shorts. These drives control BLDC motors with both 5V encoders and hall effect sensors. The B500 Controller includes brake output of 1.3A and STO (Safe Torque Off).
