Our GK-I hot melt dispersions is tailored for heat transfer printing. With a rather high activation temperatur is results is very durable bonds once applied. It can be used well with toner-based prints. This adhesive is great for heat transfer printing onto glas or ceramic products like wine or spirits bottles as well as promotional or cosmetic products made from ABS. Furthermore, it offers self-crosslinking capabilities which increase the adhesion even further. It shows great resistance against water and heat. The particles in this dispersion are fine dispersed and result in even and repeatable results.

Tantalum is a shiny grey, very hard and yet ductile heavy metal from the vanadium group, it is easy to form and weld. Tantalum belongs to the refractory metals, is very resistant to almost all acids (except hydrofluoric acid) and has a high absorption capacity for hydrogen and nitrogen. In nature, tantalum only occurs bound together with niobium. Tantalum is used in electrical engineering, chemistry, in high-temperature furnace construction, in evaporation plants and even in nuclear technology. Tantalum is added as an alloying component to rust and acid-resistant steels. Tantalum carbide is used for the production of hard metals. The highpressure pumps of the Z series deliver operating pressures up to 1,500 bar. SL 800 provides optimal protection against wear and is suitable industry-wide. It contains premium active ingredients with long- lasting effects. The special lubricant protects all metal friction surfaces that are exposed to extreme temperatures and is there- fore suitable for use at temperatures of up to around 800ºC (to around 200ºC with dry lubrication) and will withstand cold down to around -35ºC. Tungsten is a silver-white, metallically shiny or grey heavy metal (depending on whether it occurs in pieces or in powder form). Hard and brittle, tungsten can, however, be made ductile by hammering and drawn into thin wires, for example. Tungsten belongs to the group of refractory metals, which are characterized by high melting points, good thermal conductivity and low thermal expansion, among other things. High corrosion resistance is a further characteristic. Tungsten is suitable for the construction of resistance heating elements, the manufacture of filaments (especially in high-temperature furnace construction and electrical engineering), engine parts, X-ray anodes and welding electrodes. Pins made of tungsten can be fused into high melting point glass for the passage of current. Tungsten is also used in nuclear technology. Tungsten alloys are used about 80% in the steel industry and about 10% each in the hard metal and electrical industries.

Molybdenum is a heavy metal which has a silver-white colour in piece form or a greyish colour in powder form. The stretchable and polishable heavy metal is hard and brittle, but still easy to process. Molybdenum belongs to the group of refractory metals with a melting point of 2.617°C. Molybdenum is mined mainly in North and South America and China. The metal is mainly extracted as a by-product of copper production. The vacuum brazing is flux-free. In the so-called active brazing process, titanium allows wetting of the surfaces. While cemented hard metals can also be inductively brazed, diamonds, CVD and ceramics must be actively brazed in a vacuum. When brazing PCD and PCBN, not only the hard metal substrate but also the PCD or PCBN layers are wetted.

Circular knives are used for the lengthwise cutting of material. We produce a complete range of circular knives for various applications. The upper and lower knives are made of various types of steel and hard metal. We produce knives according to the drawings or according to the supplied pattern. We not only grind our manufactured industrial knives but also knives of other manufacturers. We use state-of-the-art grinders for grinding knives. Knives are grinded with special angles that we have tested and can be recommended for the most appropriate use. Parameters of grinding knives and saws We grind knives up to 4500 mm, circular knives and saws up to 600 mm. We grind all kinds of steel and hard metal (HM or TC). Your knives are ground by specially trained workers on the latest machines, we guarantee an accuracy of 0.005 mm to 2.5 m. Collection of ground knives We bind and deliver knives throughout the territory of the Czech Republic. We provide advisory services to our customers, in terms of knife life and their use. The cutting, drilling, bevelling, grinding, CNC, water-jet, screen printing, digital printing and sanding operations are carried out in our factory. Several edge processing methods such as bevelling, band grinding, herringbone grinding are applied in our processing facility. The plain and figured sanding operations are opacifying operations applied on the glass surfaces with sanding method. We can carry out all kinds of operations such as glass cutting, grinding, drilling, writing and drawing shapes with our glass processing machine controlled by a computer. The water-jet cutting method is the technology which can cut all kinds of materials in the world from 0,1 mm to 170 mm such as hard or soft glasses, marbles, metals. We can provide water-jet cutting operations in our facility from 50x50 mm minimum and to 2100x1500 mm maximum.

The Skiving technology allows production of gears that combine a high quality finishing with reduced machining time and costs.

Cylindrical ground gears are cut by hobbing machines of the latest generation and finished by Reischauer and Gleason CNC grinding machines equipped with automatic loaders and special software that allow the correction of the twisting errors that may occur in helical gear and, with special ground cycles strategy minimizing noise of gears in operation. ITALGEAR can also make the finishing of the gears after carburizing heat treatment adopting the Skiving technology, which allows the precise finishing of gears through superfinishing of the teeth with a hard metal PVD coated hobs. The technology allows production of groundquality precise gears while reducing cutting time and costs effective at the same time. On request, ITALGEAR engineers can team up with the Customer R&D and suggest any appropriate measures to optimize the gear meshing in order to obtain low noise in operation.
