The spiral wound gaskets of billi are characterized by a constant elasticity during hot-cold cycles. Classical applications in the chemical industry include all types of gas lines, directional valves and pumps. Furthermore, spiral wound gaskets are the optimal solutions for pressure vessel openings in steam systems as well as low and high pressure in nuclear power plants. For the best possible functionality of spiral wound gaskets, the careful considered choice of model is of central importance: the versions with centering ring, for example, assures an ideal fit between the bolts.

When you deal with industrial surface treatment and your expertise is the cleaning, brushing, polishing or coating of strip steel, you most likely do not want to spend any worries about the run of the material. That’s where our Winding Lines keep your worries away – because they take care of a safe run! They work with high tension and special monitoring and deflectors to do this, with the result of a clean wound beginning to end. The machine design thus calls for especially high drive power and precision expansion systems; even something so simple as the machine base is designed special to cope with the forces… To control the precision of one layer to the next, we utilize external edge controls and servo-drive the Reels for adjustment. This way we meet the typical low tolerances in this industry – after all, the coil is the product!

The bristles of strip brushes are fitted in a metal backing tape. This allows the brushes to be mounted by means of holders or inserted into grooves. For example, as replacements for special circular and roller brushes. We supply all standard types in a length of 1.000 mm. We can supply seperate holders for fixing our strip brushes type 25 and type 40. The standard types are produced with backing strips of galvanized steel and filled with polyamide bristles (PA6) resp. mane hair (MAH). If your application allows we recommend you to use our standard types available from stock.

In our new production space, we have at our disposal 30 state-of-the-art automated punching & bending machines. In addition to bent wire parts, we also produce bent strip parts here. Production to order with complex forming: Bent strip parts are produced from a broad range of materials, including for instance stainless steel, alloyed or carbon steel, brass, copper, bronze, or even K55 or K75, a specially alloyed steel. We produce complex forms and assembly parts with a strip thickness of 0.15 to 3.00 mm and with a strip width of up to 120 mm; the strip thickness will be dependent on the material. Kullen-Koti roller brushes 302 are indeed unique and easy-to-handle: you only purchase the roller brush core once and easily refill it yourself with the corresponding strip brushes after wear. And besides, it is a very economical brush system. The ruged construction allows problem-free operation also in adverse conditions. SPIROL’s GD100 Ground Hollow Dowels are designed to be direct replacements for Ground Solid Dowels manufactured per ISO 8734 when used in alignment applications. This innovative product is manufactured from strip steel, and then OD ground to achieve extremely tight diameter tolerances that enable critical alignment up to 20µm. The main advantage of the GD100 Ground Hollow Dowel is its ability to achieve the same alignment as the Ground Solid Dowel with a significant reduction in cost due to its hollow construction. In most scenarios, the Ground Hollow Dowel is approximately 50% lighter and at least 30% less expensive than the solid equivalent.
