We will burn your design with computer-controlled precision into labels or hangtags made from exclusive materials with a unique recognition value. Almost everything is possible. You can choose from our shapes or upload any(!) desired shape as a file. The contours of your labels are cut with the laser, the images are engraved with the laser. Mounting holes are directly lasered; hole size for labels 1.5mm, for hangtags 3.5mm. Think outside the box and give your product an unusual eye-catching label! Our metal labels and hangtags are made of stainless steel, brass or bronze. All materials can be very widely used due to its durability, e.g. for individual name tags inside and outside or key chains. Homemade accessories or clothing are finished with metal labels. Like all our Corinera labels, you can simply add our motifs and fonts to our metal labels, or upload your own logo and/or your custom shape.

Unique identification labels are special marking labels, which give unique ID to different equipment and items. This method of marking is very important and globally unique for serial equipment with cost over $5000. UID labeling provides data integrity throughout all equipment’s lifecycle. Therefore, the labels should be readable throughout all lifecycle of equipment. It means, that any hazard environment as: sunrays, acids, cleaning liquids, abrasive etc., cannot effect labels with data. UID was primarily suggested by Ministry of Defense to provide better accountability and designed to distinguish discrete entity from other like and unlike entities. Medicine also uses such method of identification; it facilitates the reduction of medical errors while simplifying integration of information on device use onto medical records. If your company manufactures a lot of different items and you are going to keep them structuralized and separate, you can identify items by yourself.

Mimic panels represent processes or flow charts, which are displayed on different control desks. Such method makes it easy to monitor and control many processes from one location. It is also known as second level back up. Mimic panels also shows geographical layout of installed equipment to denote visual appraisal of any fire gas or transport traffic. Mimic panels are always furnished with bright LEDs, which indicate system malfunction as oil, gas leaking etc. In emergency case operator uses critical push button, which activates water pumps, extinguishant system in order to avoid accidents. Such panels are installed in convenient places for operators and personal to prevent any hazard consequences as soon as possible. We recommend mimic panel with tile matrix, which can be easily modified for additional items etc.

Name plates first of all identify and denote object’s, person’s name and other characteristics. Generally, nameplates are used for informative purposes and commercial purposes. For informative purposes, plates are tending to identify objects (equipment, cars, uniforms) or physical space (doors, premises, conference rooms, meeting rooms, office cabins, board rooms). Such labels are widely used in business centers, hotels, schools, colleges, department stores etc. This is the best way to identify front counters, desks, office areas. For commercial purposes, most nameplates fixed on different products to designate its product name, brand, manufacturer and product properties. Normally, the plates on product implies the impact of famous logo to underline the product. Name plates can be also used in warehousing ranks, levels, cargoes etc. Name plates can be seen in different shapes, such as: square, rectangular, round, oval etc.

Digital printing is a universal process unleashing much greater freedom in metal label production. That means you can order your labels with Unique Serial Numbers, Labels with Sequential Numbers or Specified Bar Code for each tag. With several in-house industrial printers, we can print full-colour photographic quality images into the open pores of the anodic layer and seal it to make label surface resistant to outside influence (chemicals, minor scratches and high/low temperatures).
