The EUR pallets are 1200x800mm and are currently the most widely used type of interchangeable pallets in Europe. The dimensions are based on the international standard module of the 400x600mm packing unit. EUR pallets can only be manufactured by certified manufacturers and must be identified by the manufacturer’s numeric code. The production of EUR pallets is subject to stringent standards, so the palette marked with an EUR sign on the side of the pallet is a guarantee of undeniable quality. The EUR palette carries these characters, the EUR mark on the right side (block), UIC – the sign of the railway undertaking approving the railway transport on the left side (block) and the middle block with the manufacturer’s code number, the IPPC tag and the pallet manufacturer or pallet repair. From 1 January 2010, all new EUR pallets must be heat treated and labeled according to ISPM 15 international phytosanitary treatment.

he EPAL pallets have a dimension of 1200x800mm and are the world’s most widely used pallet type and their share of the Czech market is constantly growing. Manufacturers of these pallets must be registered with the European Pallet Association and must own the production license of this organization. EPAL puts the greatest emphasis on the quality of new and repaired pallets under this license. The EPAL palette carries these characters, the EUR mark on the right side (block), the EPAL on the left side (block) and the middle block with the manufacturer’s code number, the IPPC mark and the buckle manufacturer’s or pallet repair. From 1 January 2010 all new EPAL pallets must be heat treated and labeled according to ISPM 15 international phytosanitary treatment. The new EPAL pallets are manufactured on the basis of ČSN 269110 and UIC 435-2, specifying all technical details, permissible wood types , types of nails, their spacing, etc.

Pallet blanks are made of coniferous wood which has the optimum moisturecontent; the characteristic features of this raw material are provided by processing and drying process. The CB3 High pallet box is injection moulded in one shot with three runners or nine feet and therefore particularly robust. With a height of 1,140mm and a capacity of around 1,000 litres, it is the perfect solution for efficiently transporting particularly large quantities or bulky goods. Single-mould production ensures a robust runner or foot connection; additional ribs above the entry openings of the closed outer walls offer increased protection against forklift tines and the strong ribbing of the lower deck ensures that the bottom of the container is very robust. The SB3 pallet box is optionally available in a closed or perforated version, with three runners or nine feet. The particularly stable runner or foot connection ensures extreme resistance and, with the former version, secure lift-tilt emptying by a rotating forklift. Additional ribs on the outer walls of the large load carrier provide increased impact protection against forklift tines while the seamless construction and the smooth inner surfaces enable easy emptying, easy cleaning and good drying properties. HB3 hygiene box – a worldwide novelty on the market HB3 is the first and only completely closed pallet box on the market with welded runners. The new HB3 box in industrial size (outer dimensions, l x w x h: 1200 x 1000 x 790 millimetres) consists of two one-piece injection-moulded elements: the box body as the top part and the pallet with three welded runners as the bottom part. Another special feature: A patented weld seam geometry for joining both plastic elements ensures maximum impact resistance and break strength; the weld seam is contour-milled and therefore almost invisible. The HB3 box, with a tare weight of approx. 42 kilograms (without reinforcement profiles), can carry a volume of max. 580 litres and withstand a stacking load of 5000 kilograms. The box is extremely rigid thanks to the welding of top and bottom part. Three additional metal reinforcement profiles (available as an option) permit a further increase of bending stiffness.
