DOLFİN-KBN1 series parts washing machines are used before and after overhaul in repair and maintenance services, especially for washing large and heavy parts. Apart from revision workshops, it is also used for cleaning the surfaces before assembly or packaging in enterprises and factories that produce parts in series. They are special devices designed for large sized and heavy parts such as engines and parts of construction machines, power plant turbines. While the parts placed in the device are rotated on its own axis by means of the washing basket, pressurised detergent hot water is sprayed. Thanks to the pressure, temperature and chemical effect, all oil and dirt on the parts are cleaned.

DOLFİN- KBN2 series parts washing machines are especially used for washing parts that require rinsing, passivation or other processes after washing, as well as large and heavy parts. While it is desired that there is no oil and other impurities on the surface before assembly or packaging in enterprises and factories that produce parts in series, it may also be necessary to remove the washing chemical used in the 1st stage from the surface of the part depending on the place of use of the part. For this requirement, a 2nd stage rinsing or a similar application is mandatory. Our KBN 2 series part washing devices are a special device containing more than 1 tank and/or bath. The parts placed in the device are rotated on its own axis by means of the washing basket, while pressurised detergent hot water is sprayed. Thanks to the pressure, temperature and chemical effect, all oil and dirt on the part is cleaned.

Flowing the dry cleaning of wheat, it is used for the humidity of wheat with a little consumption of water and time. At the same time, the wheat is unshelled also because of the two rotor, which turns with high speed.It can add up to 7% of water in a single flow-through.

The parts to be washed are placed on stainless steel rotative basket and are washed with water mixted with degreaser under high pressure. Washing is done in order to clean oil, sawdust, dirt and wastes on dirty surfaces from different angles by means of time-adjusted pressurized water nozzles according to the part structure and pollution rate. By filtering the water with the recirculation system, the machine is designed to wash parts with minimum consumption of water, detergent, electricity and time.

With the MiJET part cleaning system it is possible to keep workplaces clean and workpieces hygienically cleaned with the simplest technology. An electrical connection is not necessary. A suitable and customised ultrasonic machine had to be built to effectively clean customer specific parts of all parameters for each basket. In addition, an automatic system for loading and unloading the baskets from start to finish and a data collection system for all basket parameters. Our solution consisted of an ultrasonic machine with 8 stages, each equipped with a specialised solution for each stage of the cleaning process. The entire process automated with a robot to ensure that process deadlines are met. An electrical panel with a touch screen to control and monitor the installation. We provided to the customer included a specially designed area for the loading and unloading of the baskets. In addition, a basket presence detectors were installed to allow constant monitoring during loading and unloading. We also developed a water purification and filtration plant to produce and maintain the water quality required by the customer throughout the cleaning process.
