Triton-72 Alu Turn&Tilt Window TRITON is a system of aluminium profiles with thermal break design created to perform vestibules, bay windows, windows (fixed, swing, tilt, swing and tilt, tilt and slide) and entrance doors and other building envelope with a particularly high thermal insulation requirements. Base Group is the first manufacturing company in Poland to have successfully launched an electronic system for welding process management. Our system oversees welding of steel structures for power industry, offshore construction welding, structures for customers from the railway industry and welding of structures for the chemical industry. This is actually our next step into Industry 4.0. The electronic system for welding process management is a solution to be used from the first stage of planning the welding work, through coordination of welding the structures, up to the final stage of project reporting. Since we have implemented the electronic system for management of the welding process, the following have been completed with its support: – heat exchangers, – flanges for high voltage line insulators, – supporting structures for high voltage insulators, – frames for fans of engine cooling systems, – foundations for marine engines, – refrigerating container for locomotives, – tanks

In 2015 a team of researchers at Base Group accepted the task of creating unique production technology for aluminium heat exchangers for generator circuit breaker, also called coolers. In the course of research and conducted tests we succeeded in defining the production process which met strict Clients’ needs. Our products fulfil high expectations of upmarket Clients, which is confirmed with 100% quality control of produced heat exchangers. To guarantee the top quality of every single item produced by Base Group we perform helium tests in vacuum at the level of 1×10˄-6 bar × cm3/s and pressure tests (more than 62 bars). The results obtained by us are more credible than similar solutions offered by French or Italian producers.

Vosse is not always raw steel and heavy constructions, we also often undertake orders that require considerable precision and a sense of aesthetics. One of these was the implementation of facade elements for one of our Swiss clients. These powder coated aluminum elements (first 2 pictures) will be part of the façade of a modern residential building in Zurich. The number of operations performed on the next elements, photos (3 and 4) of which you can see below, is a long list. However, there are points on it that are undoubtedly worth being proud of. In addition to standard assembly and welding, we have performed, among others, glass beading and stud shooting - a task that is performed by few companies in our industry. What are these items? Steel frames are part of our production for maritime industry companies and others industries. Metal frames and housings are used in the systems of ballast water treatment plants. The steel welding process is a key technology for the production of metal structures. We weld stainless steel structural elements, as well as entire structures made of structural steel, stainless steel, aluminum and its alloys. The main welding types used by us are: a) arc welding with a consumable electrode in the shield of inert gasses (MIG welding) and active gasses (MAG welding); b) arc welding with a non-consumable electrode in protective gasses (TIG welding); c) 3D laser welding. The specificity of the welding services and its belonging to special processes mean that it is carried out in our plant only by qualified employees who undergo regular training to improve their qualifications.
