External casing components for urban buses and longdistance coaches For many years, we have been developing casing components for the exterior of buses and railway vehicles here at TC. One advantage of GRP profiles is that we can produce different component lengths based on just one tool. This increases flexibility in design. The components are based on a profile made of glass fibrereinforced plastic, which we process in our CNCcontrolled milling machines to produce precisioncut parts for e.g. wheel arches, indicators and maintenance covers. We can also install reinforcements or addon parts at the same time if required.

Zoller + Fröhlich has developed the Z+F PROFILER® 9012 and the Z+F PROFILER® 9020 laser scanners for mobile mapping applications, which can be flexibly integrated into the mobile mapping systems of almost all MMS providers. Warehousing We offer warehousing area: in Vilnius - 37 000 sq.m. in Klaipėda – 25 000 sq.m. A micro-electromechanical spring-mass-system is continuously measuring the acceleration and transforms the measured data into an analog 4-20mA output signal. The sensor complies with the standards of DIN EN 50155 for railway vehicles. It is espacially intended to be used in the on-board network of rail vehicles. Its extrem rugged housing enables applications in harsh conditions in the outskirt area of the vehicle, directly at the bogie. The sensor impresses by its high ruggedness against impact, dust as well as moisture and guarantees high reliability. The device detects accelerations in a measuring range of ± 4g and operates with 110 Volt supply voltage.

Lifoflex FLAM are a range of halogen-free flame retardant thermoplastic elastomers (TPEs) designed to meet the most demanding applications where resistance to ignition and burning are important features. Lifoflex FLAM compounds contain additives to give them better resistance to burning compared to general TPE grades. The range includes halogen, chlorine and antimony free grades which are low smoke and compliant with the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) directives, offering flame retardancy without the use of polybrominated diphenyl ether (PBDE). H-21 shows utmost performance for cleaning stain and dirt collected on exterior surfaces of aeroplanes, sea transport vehicles, railway transport vehicles without damaging the surface or putting user at risk. Especially for these applications (under consideration of extreme operating conditions) our pedal actuated transmitters of series FS2000 were designed for. They contain wearless magnetic control systems in redundant version for security-relevant applications according to IEC 61508 (for example SIL2) with analogue or digital signal output.
