Designed to meet the requirements of industrial series production, Rivdom eVNG 2 offers a wide range of useful features and options. Innovative. Robust and reliable. Depending on the fastener to be processed and the application, Rivdom eVNG 2 can be operated either force-controlled or stroke-controlled via the menu on the control display. Rivdom eVNG 2 has a patented gearbox with two independently operated BLDC motors. This allows the system to be switched on and off variably during the return journey. Reliable with low wear. On the HONSEL BZ 143A, the clamping jaws are specially adapted to the trapezoidal grooves of the rivet mandrel. In combination with the modified clamping mechanism, this guarantees secure and positive setting of FERO® BULB high-strength blind rivets (or comparable types) with mandrel diameters from 3.8 to 6.15/6.5 mm! Wear of the clamping jaws is minimised!

The stroke-controlled solution for large tasks – optionally up to M12. A wide grip range: A single PolyGrip® blind rivet can replace to up to fi ve different dimensions of DIN standard blind rivets. • Outstanding hole fi lling capability: The rivet body expands radially during the setting process and compensates hole tolerances, centering deviations and differences in diameter, thus always building up a playfree and tight joint. • Safe rest mandrel locking: PolyGrip® blind rivets neither generate rattling noises due to free moving rest mandrels nor do they allow the risk of loss of the rest mandrel. • Splash waterproof are the PolyGrip® blind rivets under certain conditions too. The brushless motor and 10,000 N of force make the AccuBird® Pro extremely fast for installing blind rivets up to 5 mm in diameter, in any material and up to 6 mm in diameter aluminium. The classic model. The designation ALFO® stands for the product range of HONSEL open standard blind rivets that are available with dome, countersunk or large dome head. It covers the versions and special types described in DIN EN ISO 15977 to 15984 as well as 16582 and 16584. “Special types” by our definition are rivets with a function as described in the above standards, but with differences in certain dimensions, functional properties or material combinations.

Pneumatic-hydraulic, with permanent and intermittent extraction The BZ 103A is the latest version of the standard tool for reliable blind rivet processing and a real classic. With reduced noise, outstanding ergonomics, individual setting of the rivet pin exhausting, an extensive scope of supply with all the necessary accessories and high-quality packaging, the BZ 103A has been proven in thousands of applications.

CERTO® – The Leak-tight Thanks to their cup-shaped rivet sleeves, CERTO® sealing blind rivets are the specialists when it comes to liquid-tight riveting. Thanks to this special design, the breakstem is also captive. The rivet forms a smooth, burr-free blind head and is suitable for automatic riveting. Blind rivets are one of the most extensively used fasteners worldwide. An almost endless diversity of types, sizes and formats ensure solutions for all applications. For years, HONSEL has focused primarily on the manufacture of non-standard blind rivets.

HONSEL ALFO® FLEX blind rivets have been specially optimised for often problematic riveting in very soft materials or with slightly too large drill hole diameters. Due to the thinner wall thickness of the blind rivet sleeve, less force is required to deform the blind rivet sleeve. This improved deformation leads to a higher residual rivet mandrel locking. A thinner wall thickness of the blind rivet sleeve also means less influence on the hardening fluctuations caused by the annealing process. Result: The riveting function is much more consistent compared to conventional rivets. On request, the material combinations steel/steel and stainless steel/stainless steel (A2 and A4) are available as flat, countersunk or large heads. large head with a corresponding minimum quantity. The blind rivet connection itself is a non-detachable connection. However in order to be able to attach further detachable components GESIPA® has the threaded blind rivet in its product range. The threaded blind rivet has a stud with M5 or M6 external thread to which further parts can be mounted using an additional nut.

The GESIPA® TRI-FOLD® blind rivet forms three press lashes on the closing head side during setting. The advantages The large moulded lashes distribute the exerted clamping force evenly and gently onto the riveted material. Also, the large surface of the lashes offer excellent protection against the rivet being pulled through very soft, porous or brittle application parts. Thanks to its special design, the TRI-FOLD® is also able to compensate over-dimensional or irregular drill hole diameters. Application areas TRI-FOLD® blind rivets are excellently suited for the automotive field, e.g. for plastic panelling, car body parts and for the interior work inside vehicles, but also for all other applications that are particularly soft, brittle, easily deformed or porous.

The HONSEL HEADLESS blind rivet nut is a typical example of product development at Honsel. Originally designed and produced as a special solution, the nut has been incorporated directly into the standard range due to the great interest shown. The blind rivet nut is set with a projection of 0 mm in smooth holes, without countersinking. The elimination of the "countersinking" process at the hole offers enormous savings potential. Thanks to the 0 mm protrusion, components can be assembled without interfering edges or can slide over each other. . Pre-assembled components are easier to install. . no more interfering edges . no gap between the components due to protruding heads . no more beading or countersinking required for a head - therefore less tooling, fewer production steps and less material waste

GESIPA® blind rivets are also available in colour to match the application. To guarantee the best possible durability the hollow rivets are painted using a two-component epoxy resin paint in a stow enamelling process. In addition to the visual benefi ts, the painted blind rivet also has added protection against corrosion. Aluminium blind rivets are best suited for this procedure. In the long-term they achieve the desired visual effect when joining coloured parts. GESIPA® blind rivets are available in the standard RAL colours. On request, steel blind rivets are also available in RAL colours or even special colours. Another method for colouring blind rivets and for protecting them against corrosion is to anodize them. The Eloxal method is more complex but is the most durable process for coloured blind rivets.

GESIPA® profile clinching blind rivets are ideal for maintaining defined distances during component assembly or for setting a stop in running rails. Accordingly this special rivet is used in the white goods and furniture industry among others.

The really powerful tool from HONSEL for blind rivets up to 8.0 mm diameter! With a very long stroke of 25 mm it is also eminently suitable for the setting of high-strength FERO® BOLT blind rivets. The BZ 123A is to be found in industrial series production, for example, of truck semi-trailers, and in individual vehicle and trailer construction – wherever large numbers of safety-relevant blind rivets have to be set quickly and reliably.
