FPX800 LEVER HAND DISPENSER - FOR GUMMED PAPER Manual dispenser suitable for measuring and cutting the gummed paper. Lever operation. Equipped with automatic cutting blade and water tank. The length of the paper strip is adjustable by lever with adjustable stroke. By simply pressing the lever, a strip of wet paper is obtained, ready to be applied to the box. The wetted paper ensures a much higher seal than the adhesive tape and provides a clear indication on the tampering of the box. Unlike the adhesive tape, to open the box it is necessary to break the paper and it is not possible to close it again.

The labels are read by two sensors that, self-learning by the microprocessor, automatically identify the difference in transparency between the label and the backing paper, presenting the label on the peeler almost completely detached. Withdrawing the label the next pop-up automatically. The control board also allows to stop the rotation of the motor coil is completed, or in case of breakage paper signaling the anomaly with a sound signal.

The smooth or ribbed wire produced by the cold rolling line can be collected with horizontal spoolers on fixed reels of 2 or 3 tons, or with single or double vertical spoolers on fixed or collapsible reels of 2 or 3 tons. CRC150-30-33 are strong-built and do not require an axial regulation of every single roll because the very close tolerances of every single components of the cassettes guarantee the auto-alignment. The vertical bullblock Mod. MV14 can work with one or two passes. The double pass is necessary to obtain the diameter 4.00 mm.
