We provide you with laminating services for formats up to DIN-A3. We use laminating pouches with a minimal thickness of 2 x 175 microns in our Berlin copy shop. This means you receive an especially thick, sturdy lamination, which functions as an ideal protective material. We carry laminating pouches for all the popular DIN formats.To cut specially-sized formats to their proper dimensions, the next largest standard size format is used. Resulting corners can be rounded afterwards.

Barrier films are used for MAP packaging of perishable or long-shelf-life food products.

Our unique laminate clamps CLICK and SECURITAS are superior-quality extruded wrought aluminium alloy clamps with a built-in contact seal. The elastic seal made of UV-resistant elastomers is responsible for optimised and suitably powerful clamping. Our clamps can be mounted quickly and easily, function excellently and offer other benefits. Their versatility allows them to be adapted to the specific requirements of each customer, while offering top quality and short delivery times.

Laminated films with barrier are specially designed for use on high-speed horizontal or vertical flow-pack machines. Almost all of these films are delivered with AF treatment and can be printed flexo or roto sandwich type. They are used for packing several kinds of products: Emmental cheese, raw-dried meat products, coffee, pet food, bakery products, generally for bulk products or low humidity products. NON-BARRIER OR MEDIUM BARRIER FILMS They are used for the packaging of products which do not require special storage conditions, or which maintain their shelf life without the need for special properties of the packaging. They can be configured in a very wide range of structures depending on their application and the particularities of each packaged product and are used for fresh or frozen vegetables, bakery products, chips, raw-dried salamis, frozen fish, etc. They can be delivered with the AF option and can be customized by roto or flexo printing.

Laminated plywood is embossed on the front side (mesh) (non-slip coating) F/W, the back side is covered with lamination film. Increased resistance to moisture absorption - equipped with a smooth paper-resin film. The plywood sheet is made using FSF brand glue

Ideal for high quantities In vacuum laminating, plastic films such as TPO, TEPEO2 ® and PVC are heated and vacuumed to plastic substrate components, resulting in lamination. The adhesive applied to the substrate or decor material is activated, causing the two parts to bond.
