SCHOCK is the specialist in the production of cold-rolled profiles according to individual customer requirements. With a wide range of different technologies, we manufacture special profiles as customized functional elements up to complete assemblies.

Each bearing is designed around the application it is used in and sometimes that include a profile on the inner or outer ring. We have an array of profiles that we can use on our bearings, including common ones listed below or something completely unique to your application. In collaboration with our application engineers, we will work with you to ensure the right profile, tolerances, material, surface finish, and even the harmonics of the profile are fine-tuned to ensure quite operation, even at high speeds.

Special profile geometry prevents accidental jamming when closing the door. These track rollers offer the same features of a single row track roller with the added benefit of heavy radial, thrust or combined loads. Yoke-type track rollers are single or double-row units mounted on shafts or studs. Similar to the single row track roller, we can customize the running surface to meet the specific requirements of the applications. Cam rollers are similar in their construction to single and double-row support rollers, except that the raceway is formed by a heavy-section roller stud with a fixing thread. Track rollers—also referred to as idler rollers—are motion transmission components designed to work with all varieties of tracks. They are used in conveyor systems, cam drives, and a wide range of similar material handling systems. Regardless of the material or machine, these components play a critical role in track and rail operations. When selected, employed, and maintained properly, they facilitate system operations, allowing for greater speed and efficiency. Single row track rollers are available with spherical outer ring running surfaces or cylindrical (or flat) outer ring running surfaces. Not all extruded profiles are required to be circular in shape! Whether it is a seamless or porthole hollow-profile, at ALUnna, we have a multitude of possibilities. Simple profiles, such as a solid profile or an angle profile, are also available. On some profiles we may have the possibility to further improve the dimensional tolerances by adding a subsequent drawing step to achieve final dimensions. In addition to round tube, shaped, square or rectangular tubes in both medium strength and high-strength alloys can be produced.

Our special types of sealing brushes consist of 16 particular plastic profiles which we can supply in a comprehensive range of variations. The two constructions of sealing brushes are: Strip brush construction: that means our strip brushes with metal backing are mounted in plastic profiles. Punched brush construction: consisting of a solid plastic profile with bundle holes in which the fill material has been mechanically anchored. Depending on the fill material you can choose a fill density of high EA1, medium EA2 or low EA3. You can choose:- all fill types, e.g. natural bristles and hair, plant fibres, wires and synthetic filaments. - different trim heights (BH) (free bristle length) We can also supply all sealing brush types with fixing holes in the holding flanges, e.g. 22 available sizes of round holes and 13 sizes of elongated holes. ar feeder for special profiles wanted ? To extend the MULTI 3000 to the bar feeder for special profiles, the Uni-erector can be mounted optionally. It enables the erection of rectangular profiles and special profiles for further transport to connected machine tools. Thus a smooth reloading process is possible. By simply setting a parameter, the erector can be selected or deselected. This enables a quick changeover from round material to a special profile. By deactivating it, the bar loader can load round or hexagonal material as normal. While with activated parameter the bar feeder will load the special or rectangular profile while the reloader is erecting. The use of square material is also optionally possible. The erector consists of two opposite rollers. To erect the material, these rollers move together during reloading. When the bar is threaded into the machine tool, the rollers open again. The distance between the rollers can be easily adjusted.

The Mini Shaft Loader allows you to load short shafts. The loading is done automatically. Do you have remnants of long bar feeder and would you like to process them? Or do you want to load very short shafts automatically? The MSL is the ideal complement for the Multi-3000 to load short shafts. It has a multi-profile loading prism. So you can load round and hexagonal material and all this without changing channels. Special profiles are possible on request. Impact-free recharging thanks to the exclusive recharging cycle. The recharging cycle is based on the patented recharging mechanism of the Multi 3000. After fast and precise bar removal, the material is gently placed on the loading prism. The Mini Shaft Loader is connected to the bar feeder. This takes over the power supply and control of the loading system. The material is fed via the slide of the loading magazine.

Temperature control of gaseous and liquid media Flat tube heat exchangers are generally used as air / air or air / liquid heat exchangers. Flat tube heat exchangers are used where the (exhaust) air is polluted and the installation space is limited. In heat recovery in particular, there are numerous applications for flat tube heat exchangers as so-called exhaust gas / exhaust air heat exchangers. Little installation space and less pressure loss While the rows of tubes in smooth tube heat exchangers consist of round tubes, the rows of tubes in flat tube heat exchangers have a special profile (see illustration). This special tube profile offers advantages over the round profile in certain applications. Flat tube heat exchangers require less installation space than smooth tube heat exchangers with the same exchange area and are therefore also lighter.
