Anodizing surface treatment is a method used to change the surface chemistry by electrolysis method. Anodized coating, in addition to maximizing the resistance to corrosion in aluminum profiles, provides an aesthetic appearance and provides resistance against scratching. The processes performed in our anodized coating surface treatment are applied within the framework of European QUALANOD and TSE standards, with features such as UV resistance and color permanence.

The processes performed in our electrostatic powder coating surface treatment are applied within the framework of European QUALICOAT and TSE standards. All RAL colors of world-renowned paint companies are sensitively processed to increase resistance to corrosion and to strengthen resistance to UV rays.

Aluminum profiles are produced for use in various sectors and for different purposes, with our 1100 UST 5 ” and 1650 UST 6” extrusion lines in Standard Aluminum facilities integrated with the latest technology . First class aluminum billet raw materials used in our extrusion lines consist of 6xxx series alloys. The extrusion process can be briefly defined as taking the shape of the mold and lengthening the profiles by passing large aluminum billets under high temperature and pressure through aluminum extrusion molds made of special steels at high temperature.

Zamak is a commercial mark and its main constituents are zinc, aluminum, magnesium and copper. Zamak is used in die casting, automotive industry, clothing, furniture, window accessories.

It is a material with a high resistance to chemicals. Its specific weight is low. It is a slippery material with a low coefficient of friction. The water and moisture absorption property is close to zero. It can be used as cutting plate especially in industrial kitchens and butcher cutting log. It has the ability to be welded. The element that characterizes polyethylene is the molecular weight. Low molecular weight can be grouped into three groups: low molecular weight (PE 300), high molecular weight (PE 500) and ultra high molecular weight (PE 1000).

Pom C has the features and advantages that metals do not have. Elasticity, hardness, dimensional stability and superior durability are some of these. However, its resistance to acids and bases is weak. Pom C has excellent mechanical strength properties. It has been determined by experience that it gives better results especially when used as machine parts. Small gears are preferred in terms of strength of the gears.

It is a material widely used in machinery industry. It is a material with relatively hardness, rigidness, slippery and good mechanical strength values. There are various uses for its gear applications, including wheel construction. However, it is not as hard and abrasion resistant as Kestamid, not as slippery as Pom C. Its chemical strength is moderate, and it is resistant to some acids and bases. The polyamide 6 has the ability to collect water on its own. These features have pros and cons. Pros is that it increases the strength of the part against vibration and sudden impacts. This allzws the dynamic stresses that would otherwise occur during part use to be removed within itself. Cons is that it is difficult to achieve measurement stability in the material. In other words, the material is affected even by the moisture in the air and gets changes in the measurement. The tolerances must be observed before finishing the final processes of the part.

Politef is a superior material with high working temperature (260 - 270 ºC), excellent abrasion resistance in abrasion and resistance against all chemical substances.

Kestlub® is a special cast polyamide developed for bearings. Casting polyamide is produced by adding additives with special processes. Thanks to its internal lubrication, it excellently performs especially in bearing applications.

Its structure is homogeneous, tightly grained and at similar hardness. Its mechanical strength is high. Its impact and wearing resistance is high. Its production with sawdust saves 50% time. It has high resistance to hydraulic and pneumatic pressures.

Dull grey colored. Vulnerable to chemical effects. It is of significance in terms of protecting other metals by wearing itself during metal coating.

In open air, resistant to fresh and salty water, sulphuric, sulfurous, phosphoric and chromic acids. Affected by acetic formic and nitric acids.

With a simple fusion, two parts can be combined. Large and heavy parts such as blocks and pipes can be welded using eutectic and tin-lead solder or melting alloys with low fusion points.
