Automatic sensor recognition due to burster TEDS lets you play absolutely safe, protecting you from setting incorrect parameters. The amplifier module model 9243 is used wherever measurement signals from strain gauges, potentiometric sensors or DC/DC sensors have to be converted into standard signals. Simply by mounting on conventional DIN-mount rails, it is possible to position the amplifier module on location, in the proximity of the sensor. Especially for rough environments a IP65 version is available. The broad auxiliary power range and the choice between AC or DC permits operation on standard power supplies used in switch gear cabinets. A highly precise reference voltage source is built-in for calibration purposes. A calibrating shunt can also be connected via two separate terminals. Pinions are gear wheels with a small number of teeth that mesh with a larger gear called a "cog". It is a type of gear used in various mechanical systems to transfer motion or power from one component to another. Pinions, like other gears, can be made from a variety of materials, such as steel, brass and plastic, depending on the requirements of the application.

It is a material widely used in machinery industry. It is a material with relatively hardness, rigidness, slippery and good mechanical strength values. There are various uses for its gear applications, including wheel construction. However, it is not as hard and abrasion resistant as Kestamid, not as slippery as Pom C. Its chemical strength is moderate, and it is resistant to some acids and bases. The polyamide 6 has the ability to collect water on its own. These features have pros and cons. Pros is that it increases the strength of the part against vibration and sudden impacts. This allzws the dynamic stresses that would otherwise occur during part use to be removed within itself. Cons is that it is difficult to achieve measurement stability in the material. In other words, the material is affected even by the moisture in the air and gets changes in the measurement. The tolerances must be observed before finishing the final processes of the part.

It is similar to chain mechanisms in terms of its working principle, as it carries out motion transmission in a closed manner. In terms of materials, it is similar to belt-pulley mechanisms The conversion rate is fixed. The movement can be precisely synchronized as desired. Does not require lubrication. It gets very little hot during operation, It works noiselessly. It allows the use of very small diameter gears.

Pom C has the features and advantages that metals do not have. Elasticity, hardness, dimensional stability and superior durability are some of these. However, its resistance to acids and bases is weak. Pom C has excellent mechanical strength properties. It has been determined by experience that it gives better results especially when used as machine parts. Small gears are preferred in terms of strength of the gears.
