The estate is located in Le Puy-Sainte-Réparade, locality « Clôs du Blanc », facing north and 2690 feet above sea level. Our vines grow on a variety of land, plains, valleys and hills, so they can fully express the potential of this unique soil. Our vineyard offers a large range of typically provençal vine types : Syrah, Grenache, Carignan, Cinsault, Cabernet Sauvignon, white Ugni and Vermentino. An ancient and very fine lot of Syrah overhangs the estate to the north-west : 0,65 acresplanted way back in 1947. This lot is historical in the vineyard as well as in Provence, since very few lots were planted with this type of vines before 1950. Brilliant idea of a brilliant mind ? Experiment of a passionate ? The question will remain unanswered. Two lots of Grenache and Syrah, planted on hillside more than 985 feet above sea level, give us a great vue on the Luberon hills, the medieval castle of Le Puy Sainte Réparade and the Sainte Victoire mountain.

White wine is usually sweet or medium or dry. Chardonnay or Sauvignon Blanc are typical white wines. Greenish yellow colour with golden hues Aromatic, flavours of pears, white peaches, notes of citrus fruits and delicate touches of vanilla.

100% Syrah • Tasting Notes Colour: Rich robe with an intense violet colour. Aroma: Ripe red fruit with floral violet nuances, together with elegant toasted, balsamic and spicy notes. This wine is complex but balanced. Taste: Full, elegant and velvety, powerful that awards an embracing sensation of plenitude. The aftertaste is long and complex with persistent ripe fruit and spices. Serve at 18 degrees. Alcohol content 14% • Aging: 12 months in French (80%) and American (20%) oak barrels

Harvested in the middle of September when grapes are destemmed and placed in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature for a maceration period of approximately seven days. The COMPACT 7-valve filling monobloc is a solution designed for small wineries producing prestigious wines. It can be equipped with a capper for crown caps and dedicated to bottling bottle-refermented craft beer. The central star positions 7 bottles under the taps, which are filled through the tank's descent. While these bottles are capped upon exit, one by one, another set of 7 bottles is positioned under the tank. The semi-annular filling tank made of stainless steel allows the use of nitrogen in the tank. Filling occurs through a slight pressure of inert gas, preventing the dispersion of volatile components. This particular Chianti from the Colli Senesi DOCG comes mainly from the Colombaia vineyard, hence the name Titolato di Colombaia a red wine born from the assembly of Sangiovese grapes with a small percentage of Merlot, Canaiolo and other red berried grapes. The wine, produced in San Gimignano in the Casale di Falchini, makes a brief passage in oak barrels, to then be aged in the bottle for a few months the result is a harmonious, fruity red with good structure. Casale Falchini's Titolato Colombaia is a Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG that can be aged in the bottle for over 5 years. It has a deep ruby red color, the clear scent of blackberries and red berries, and a warm, intense, dry and velvety taste. It can be served after decanting at 18° C; it pairs perfectly with savory appetizers, pasta with meat, mushroom or white sauces, roasted and grilled redmeats; aged and soft cheeses.

The Historic Label 1968 is produced from Sangiovese grapes to which we add small percentages of other red grapes cultivated in our vineyards in San Gimignano the result is a smooth, easy drinking wine that has delighted our customers since 1968. The experience and care employed at the winery have made it a reference point in the area; this red is a clear example of the quality of the work done in the vineyards and cellars. The predominance of the Sangiovese characterizes our Historic Label 1968 Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG, resulting in a harmonious wine, with a dark forest berry flavor, velvety, and a pleasent structure, making it a very easy wine to pair with tuscan food. The Historic Label 1968 is a wine produced in San Gimignano from Casale Falchini and is an excellent example of Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG it is characterized by its bright ruby red color, its rich taste of berries, that feels warm, intense, dry and velvety.

We specialise in supplying used Port wine barrels and other used fortified wine barrels (including sherry, Madeira and Muscatel). We receive barrels from port wine producers in varying qualities and all and refurbished and fully inspected and pressure tested before they leave our facility. Refurbishment involves replacing any broken staves with replacements taken from the same batch, sanding and cleaning the interior and replacing hoops where appropriate so that the barrels are 100% ready to be reused with absolute confidence. Whilst we generally have some limited stock of used Port wine barrels (and other fortified wine barrels) from across our range, for larger orders of 50 barrels of more we generally require several weeks lead time in order to ensure that the barrels can be sourced and refurbished.
