Our main activity is the production of machined parts, turned and milled parts to drawing in ferrous and non-ferrous material: small precision parts between Ø2 mm and Ø40 mm as well as very long precision parts up to 3600/3700 mm long - our core business; machined parts turned and milled from bars up to Ø80 mm; production of secondary turned parts up to Ø300 mm from slugs or castings. Other in-house processes: thread tapping and rolling, laser marking, keyway slotting, broaching. We can machine all ferrous and non-ferrous materials in rolled, extruded and ground bar stock (including high speed steel, C 35 Pb, C40/45, AISI 303, 304 and 316 stainless steels, steel alloys, titanium, brass, bronze, aluminium and plastics. Batch size: flexible. Highest quality control standards are guaranteed by our Quality Management System certified to ISO 9001: 2015 (SPS and PPAP are provided on customer's request.
