Domaine Basse-Ville, located in the charming commune of La Chapelle-Heulin, nestling in the heart of the Muscadet Sèvre et Maine wine-growing area, stands proudly in the foothills of the Armorican massif. This outstanding location gives our wines their unique personality thanks to the exceptional shale-rich soil that lends our Muscadet a delicious minerality. The history of our domaine goes back far in time, standing as testimony to the attachment of the Bossard family to this wine-making land. Since the 19th century, from generation to generation, the history of vine-growing in our commune has been one of passion and expertise. It was in 1971 that Michelle and Gilbert Bossard founded the Domaine Basse-Ville, driven by their shared vision and love of wine. Their son Jean-Louis Bossard has headed the domaine since 2007, continuing the family traditional with flair. Our secret for producing exceptional muscadets lies in the combination of unique terroirs, careful selection at harvesting and slow, controlled fermentation. These factors allow us to produce muscadets with a distinctive character, rich and soft, and a long finish. Some of our muscadets will age elegantly over a number of years. The hard work of our team and the quality of our wines have won awards at many competitions.

Our genuine 18th-century estate planted with eleven hectares of vines is where we produce our PDO Ventoux red wines, primarily from the Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre and Carignan varietals, white wines from Grenache Blanc, Roussane and Viognier varietals, and our rosé wines from Cinsault and Carignan varietals, by direct pressing, and a hybrid wine – Caladoc – that we invite you to try. This terroir, is known for its strong winds, and is also a prized area for wine production. The Mont Ventoux' cool nights and Provence sunshine endow our wines with subtle finesse and intense depth. We are LA COMPAGNIE DE BURGONDIE, a cooperative comprising 800 wine-growing families and specialists from the famed Burgundy region. Our various wines are sourced from the vineyards and cellars of seven well-known winemakers from the north and south of this outstanding winemaking area: Bailly Lapierre, famed for its Crémants de Bourgogne and Auxerrois still wines. Les Vignerons de Buxy for its Côte Chalonnaise and premiers crus. La Cave de Viré and La Cave d'Azé for their Mâconnais wines. Château TAYAC is a family estate. The vineyard is located in the Médoc and covers 37 hectares in the heart of the prestigious Margaux appellation. The PORTET harvesting owner family applies the COUSINIE method providing a generous nutritional contribution to vines whilst significantly limiting treatments. The vineyard is perched in the gravel hills of Soussans, in the Médoc, and covers 37 hectares in the heart of the prestigious Margaux wine-growing area. Château TAYAC is run by the PORTET family, which has owned and harvested the estate for four generations. We apply the COUSINIE method for a generous nutritional intake whilst limiting the number of treatments. The soil is therefore more balanced and is better prepared to naturally repels attacks. Both vines and grapes benefit from these privileged conditions. Stripping and the green harvesting also enable us to control production and optimise the quality of wine which is matured in French oak barrels for 12 months. Château TAYAC wine is sold in Bordeaux stores, cellars, restaurants and is also directly exported.

DOMAINE F.JAUBERT lies primarily in the commune of Ponteilla, in the centre of the Aspres in Roussillon. It extends over around 35 hectares, with a dozen or so hectares on the silty-clay and limestone soils of the Pliocene. The remaining 25 hectares are spread across the terraces of the Quaternaire, rocky soil with quartz pebbles and shale fragments. The eleven varieties of grape grown provide a great diversity of wines, from the more endemic, such as Grenache, Carignan and Muscat, to others that are less common in the Roussillon, such as Merlot, Chardonnay and Alicante Bouschet. CHÂTEAU MONTANA

Château Montana was founded at the end of the 19th century. With the backing of his family, Jean Jonquères d’Oriola, the son of winegrowers based in the Pyrénées Orientales for over 5 centuries set about developing the fineness and powerfulness of this terroir and the potential of the location driven by his passion. The vineyard covers sixty hectares over two terroirs in the Aspres on the foothills of the Pic du Canigou, between the sea and the mountains, south of Perpignan. We work on the clay-limestone soils with traditional grape stocks such as Syrah, Grenache, Carignan and Mourvèdre as well as other varietals such as Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Marselan and Muscat. We now have "High Environmental Value" certification, which gives pride of place to traditional methods, such as working the soil mechanically and respecting the environment, which promote biodiversity and keep yields low. Now we are in our second year of conversion over to organic growing. Our production will be certified organic for the 2023 vintage. Our wines are matured, mellowed and bottled at the property in our cellar equipped with heat-regulated stainless steel vats and a cask storage cellar. In addition to its wine-growing activity that it will reveal to you when you come to visit and sample our wines, Château Montana rents out its function room and self-catering accommodation for all kinds of events.

The story of Vignobles Kandler started 30 years ago when our Franco-German family decided to acquire land in the hinterlands of the Minervois region, in Roubia, an area between sea and mountain, between the medieval town of Carcassonne and the Canal du Midi. Château Tourril takes its name from the Pierre du Tourril, an ancient Gallo-Roman signal tower that has looked over this scrubland for over 2000 years. The second generation of the family took over in 2014 and decided to expand the winery, switch to certified organic production, work to boost its profile and export sales. Driven by his love of wines from southern France, Stephan Kandler met Bertrand Hardy, himself from a wine-making family in the Rhone valley, and together they decided to make their first organic wine together, a 2016 vintage at Bertrand's Domaine des Pentelines, close to Avignon. After three vintages made jointly, Bertrand sold Stephan the marvellous 24 hectares of organic DPO Côtes du Rhône Villages Gadagne, a pebble-based terroir identical to that found in Châteauneuf du Pape. The characteristics of these two terroirs, these two appellations, are profoundly marked by the history and climate of southern France, and the influence of the Mediterranean in particular. The geographical similarities are heightened by our expertise in typical grape varieties that allow each terroir to express its own unique personality.

Today, our family vineyard covers 25 hectares strategically located across some of the finest terroirs of Macon and northern Beaujolais. We produce between 80, 000 to 100, 000 bottles annually, divided between Burgundies and Beaujolais for sale in France and internationally. Château Brande-Bergère is an 8-hectare estate located north of Saint Emilion. Our wines are cultivated with the utmost care, and worked entirely by hand (leaf removal, picking, harvesting). The estate is High Environmental Value (HEV) certified; herbicides are prohibited and all effluents are recycled. Our wines are made from a traditional mixture of Bordeaux grape varieties: merlot (40%), cabernet franc (35%) and cabernet sauvignon (25%). Wines from Château Brande-Bergère have won many awards (Gold Medal in Paris, World Wine Award from Decanter magazine, rated by the world's finest wine critics and available at some of the finest restaurants, including the 3-Michelin starred Arpège in Paris. The famous British wine critic, Jancis Robinson, awarded the Château Brande-Bergère Cuvée O’Byrne 2009 a score of 92/100. Among her comments, she said: "Here is another example of a wine that is punching way above its price in terms of the pleasure delivered. It’s packed full of fruit and charm… It’s impressively concentrated and extremely satisfying with the tannins well in retreat and no very obvious oak. I particularly enjoyed the combination of richness on palate entry and freshness on exit." More recently, the International Wine Report, a professional US reviewing platform, awarded it 92/100 for the 2018 vintage. Château Brande-Bergère is famed for offering some of the best value for money on the market.
