Since 1980, VEW-GmbH has been developing and manufacturing electronic devices, complex systems and measurement, control and regulating technology for the following areas of application: Production and process automation. Calibration technology. Special machinery and test bench construction. Quality assurance. Optical measuring technology. Reengineering. Long-standing business relationships at a high technical level with the aerospace industry, energy providers, public transport sector (ÖPNV), etc. have been thriving on this basis. Since 1997, VEW-GmbH has also been collaborating with university institutes in a cooperative research project supported by the BMBF and EU (amongst others), in order to increase expertise in the development and production of optical measuring technology.
