Our insulation liners are made by recycling clean, new textiles by mechanical force. The lightweight fibers form a thick batt with countless air pockets which insulate heat and sound. The insulation is manufactured with particularly low energy and water consumption, making the cotton inlays are sustainable. Instead of creating something new from raw materials (e.g. styrofoam), our cotton inlays are made from waste generated by the textile industry.
