This feeder consists of a completely overhauled rotary feeder from CMC, a new pressure/vacuum pump made by Becker, and a self-programmed control system. All components are mounted on a stable frame made of aluminum construction profiles, which can be placed as a compact unit autonomously at any desired position in the production. The machine can either be operated continuously or controlled by an external signal. This allows inserts to be placed with pinpoint accuracy in a collecting section or at high speed on a conveyor belt to be addressed via inkjet, for example. We offer a 6-month warranty on parts and service for this machine. Our systems can be freely configured according to your needs. This fully automatic labeling line is suitable for reliably applying self-adhesive labels to various products such as envelopes, catalogues, magazines, etc. The machine is equipped with a completely overhauled rotary feeder from CMC, which we installed as a self-sufficient unit with a new vacuum pump and motor in a stable frame made of aluminum profiles. We then paired them up with a new vacuum table with electric height adjustment and an "Alpha Compact" labeler from BLUHM/WEBER mounted on it. Together with a new machine control system these modules can be assembled into a fully automatic labeling line with which our customer can process products up to 43 cm in length at high speeds (up to 70 m/min). These cappers are designed for closing aluminum or plastic screw caps, or crown caps, on cylindrical or shaped bottles. Caps feeding is done using a centrifugal, rotary, or vibratory feeder, and the transfer of the caps is achieved through a descending channel that ends with the distribution head. The stainless steel threading heads with 4 rollers (with 'no cap/no roll' device) allow for excellent threading and capping of a wide range of caps.
