This feeder consists of a completely overhauled rotary feeder from CMC, a new pressure/vacuum pump made by Becker, and a self-programmed control system. All components are mounted on a stable frame made of aluminum construction profiles, which can be placed as a compact unit autonomously at any desired position in the production. The machine can either be operated continuously or controlled by an external signal. This allows inserts to be placed with pinpoint accuracy in a collecting section or at high speed on a conveyor belt to be addressed via inkjet, for example. Apron feeders come in varying widths, ranging from 0.6 to 3.0 meters, and lengths spanning from 2.4 to 30.5 meters. Lengths exceeding 4.6 meters are primarily used for material conveyance rather than being an integral part of the feeder. Apron feeders exhibit capacities ranging from 91 to 2,270 tons per hour. The power requirements for apron feeders are approximately twice as high as those for comparable belt feeders. Apron feeders are typically employed in situations involving truck dumps or other scenarios where very coarse materials are handled, such as in the feeding of primary or secondary crushers. When an apron feeder is intended for use under a truck dump hopper with an elongated hopper opening, it’s essential to design the hopper with a taper that widens in the direction of horizontal flow for belt feeders. A screw feeder is primarily designed for handling very low-tonnage outputs, with a critical requirement for positive and controlled material discharge. This type of feeder offers the advantage of easy enclosure, making it effective at preventing the release of dust. Consequently, it allows for a sealed hopper and chute arrangement from the hopper to the delivery point. The basic structure of a screw feeder includes a helical screw that rotates below the hopper outlet and is driven by an external power source. The screw can have a fixed pitch or a variable pitch with smaller spacings in the rear and gradual increases in pitch towards the discharge end. This design ensures that the material moves efficiently within the rear portion of the hopper. This fully automatic labeling line is suitable for reliably applying self-adhesive labels to various products such as envelopes, catalogues, magazines, etc. The machine is equipped with a completely overhauled rotary feeder from CMC, which we installed as a self-sufficient unit with a new vacuum pump and motor in a stable frame made of aluminum profiles. We then paired them up with a new vacuum table with electric height adjustment and an "Alpha Compact" labeler from BLUHM/WEBER mounted on it. Together with a new machine control system these modules can be assembled into a fully automatic labeling line with which our customer can process products up to 43 cm in length at high speeds (up to 70 m/min). These cappers are designed for closing aluminum or plastic screw caps, or crown caps, on cylindrical or shaped bottles. Caps feeding is done using a centrifugal, rotary, or vibratory feeder, and the transfer of the caps is achieved through a descending channel that ends with the distribution head. The stainless steel threading heads with 4 rollers (with 'no cap/no roll' device) allow for excellent threading and capping of a wide range of caps. Heating technology with a future The calculation is simple, the technology successful. Efficient surface drying is achieved with biomass in Rippert plants. Together with the Hargassner company from Austria, a specialist for heating with biomass, and the proven Rippert plant know-how, the technology is now marketable and has gone into production. The demanding drying characteristics in a powder-coating plant are compatible with the process and work perfectly. A future-orientated heating technology with considerable economic and ecological benefits – the experts are unanimous in that. Wood pellets or wood chips are the inexpensive energy suppliers. They are valuable waste products that result from the processing of domestic timbers. Heating with wood chips – without intermediate heat transfer media such as thermal oil • Environmentally friendly and CO2-neutral • fully automatic boiler cleaning and ash discharge Maximum financial saving potentials are realised with this energy carrier. Wood chips, chopped to a transportable size and dried by the supplier, are stored in the storeroom near the plant. It can be located on the same level or lower. A tried-and tested transport system consisting of a floor agitator with springs and discharge auger carries the wood chips reliably into the plant. Here it acts as a fuel with maximum convenience. If the calorific value equivalents are examined, we see that 1,000 litres of fuel oil is equivalent to 12 m³ of wood chips. The ratio is the same for 1,000 m³ of natural gas. Heating with wood pellets - without intermediate heat transfer media such as thermal oil Wood pellets are true energy bundles. They consist of natural wood and are made by compressing sawdust, which is produced in large quantities every day in the industry. As a biomass they are the alternative to wood chips and are just as advantageous from an economical point of view. Pellets have the smallest volume and are conveyed dust-free and without odours from storage containers to a storage vessel next to the plant. They are transported into the combustion chamber via a rotary vane feeder and feed auger. For comparison: 1,000 l fuel oil = 2 t pellets 1,000 m³ natural gas = 2 t pellets 1,000 l liquefied gas = 1.32 t pellets Advantages • Reduction in energy costs Heating cost comparison (reference = 1,000 l fuel oil)

In this configuration variant, products are fed to the punching area individually from the pallet feeder and rotary punched by using a flexible die. The maximum stack height of the feeder is 100 cm. The sheet alignment on the side is performed with a register table with ball rail. The position accuracy in the direction of production is realised with a positioner roller system that causes the sheets to pass the punching cylinder with high precision without stopping. Inline configuration of the die-cutting machine with machines interfaced downstream such as folding machines, mailing systems and packaging machines is the most efficient way of carrying out multiple high-performance steps in one operation. Automatic discharging of section grids and simultaneous separation of inner cuts increase production in addition. The format range of the BSR 550 Servo is from 550 x 750 mm to 210 x 210 mm. Sheets having a product thickness between 0.5 mm and 80 g/m2 can be processed.
