The robot is mounted on a welding table that is prepared for holding standard clamping elements and equipped with rollers. The ProCom process starts by using influencing variables, based on the calendar, with the forecast of electricity consumption across Germany. Connecting digital signals directly at the machine can contribute to significant cost and effort minimization. A classic application is the linking of different signals directly in the field. Thus, it is possible to avoid long line paths of many individual devices, which significantly reduces the wiring effort and the need for control inputs. All input signals on the logic modules are visualized by integrated LED and are electrically decoupled from each other. In this way, influences from one device to the other are reliably prevented. The outputs of the modules are overload-proof and the upcoming signal is also indicated by an LED. In addition to logical input signal connections such as AND and OR, versions with signal change control are also available. We offer a great variety of loading systems for all the machines, dependent on the material, tube diameter and tube length. Tubes that have already been formed and with added components can also be loaded without any issues. The appropriate orientation is therefore very important, when loading the tube into the production cell. A clamping ring machine is a system for the automatic production of clamping rings. Schmale Maschinenbau Gmbh is one of the leading manufacturers of clamping ring machines in Europe. On our clamping ring machines, the strip material is profiled, bent and cut. Automatically closures are supplied and welded. The finished clamping ring is calibrated and stored. Via a servo-electric transfer, all processing stations are connected to each other and operated simultaneously. Thus, cycle rates of up to 28 clamping rings per minute can be realized.

Labelling systems can be integrated, whether it is laser, needle or inkjet, to mark and identify the tubes. Other options that can be integrated are welding seam detection, length control or measurement of processed tubes. The right system for every need There is a great variety of handling systems available, dependent on the length of the workpiece. For short tubes there are systems gripping from below with insertion axis and for long tubes there are systems handling from above. Both options can be used in our combination systems. They guarantee ideal access for the operator, so they can complete the setup and any maintenance operations in the best possible way. Transfer stations, turning modules for processing the tube in both directions within an installation and multiple grippers are available for optimized processes. Handling robots from many different manufacturers can also be integrated. The robots are used to move tubes/workpieces. A preassembly of different workpieces is also feasible in this case. The various components can be sorted using sensors and robots.

Our Speedmax is the fastest available wire and tube forming automation solution available on the market for bending machines. By combining NC finger benders with our servo-electric transfer, the Speedmax with its 90 servo axes can reach a speed of up to 4,000 machining steps per minute. The SPEEDMAX is available in three variants (S,M,L). The SPEEDMAX (S) has 20 processing stations and can produce up to 200 parts per minute. The machine concept combines the advantages of 3D-NC wire bending and wire bending by slides. The new UNI Dicht TRI achieves the highest shielding attenuation values over the complete frequency range and convinces with a very high current carrying capacity for the reliable discharge of undesirably high shielding currents. The installation is simple and safe: only the cable sheath has to be removed at the contact point where the shielding braid is to be contacted. As soon as the cable is inserted into the cable gland, the TRI spring makes reliable contact with the cable shield, even in the case of non-circular or off-centre cables. In any case, this type of contacting from PFLITSCH means that the cable shield does not have to be exposed until directly at the connection point in the control cabinet. Because the shielding braid remains 100% intact, maximum shielding attenuation is achieved and the useful signals are transmitted without unnecessary interference from noise signals.
