The T610 is a handheld measuring instrument from the Trotec MultiMeasure family, used for quick non-destructive moisture measurement up to 300 mm. Another advantage of the process, aside from the measuring depth, is its independence from the level of salt content in the material. This creates no dissimilarity to the microwave technique, whether it is an older or a new building being gauged. Since the unit’s screen can show two values, for purposes of results evaluation, a function value can be indicated at the same time as the present measured value, if needed. The T610 moisture meter can be linked to a PC through a USB cable. Due to the MultiMeasure Studio Software, the gauged values of the device can be transported online and in real time to the PC. The MD200, manufactured by Trotech®, is a magnetometer suited for covered ferromagnetic metals locator such as valve caps and rods, hydrants, metallic manhole and tank covers, and the like. It is designed for environments like in the blazing heat, bitter cold, under water or in the snow to supply a location results that is accurate. It comes with a benefit of a covered ferromagnetic metal with a speedy detection and a reliability that prevents the detection of all non-magnetic metal objects due to its high sensitivity, and with an auto-manual adjustment that can function for 24 hours. The PD200 is a professional impulse current measuring system to detect leak (holes) in non-conductive sealing systems and is suitable for leak detection on balconie, pond liners/swimming pools or flat roofs. In contrast to the previous model PD100, the PD200 has extremely compact dimensions - the size of the device could be reduced by more than 30%! These compact dimensions enable the transport of the PD200 e.g. through so-called safety ladders to the corresponding flat roof.The impulse current measuring system easily wins the weight comparison with its previous model. Although the single components partially are pretty heavy (e.g. the transformer), the total weight could be reduced by about 20% (from 11.2 kg to 8.6 kg). On top of the housing there are clearly visible signal lamps - one standard impulse signal (green) and one short-circuit signal (red), incl. integrated tone generator.

The T660 is a moisture meter that you can connect to a PC with the use of a USB cable. The traversable straddle gauges are used for offline measurement. They are placed onto the roll and moved manually, thereby measuring the form of the rolls from crown edge to crown edge. They are characterised by a high measurement point density of 1 mm and a high repetition accuracy of ± 2 µm. With the evaluation software optimised over decades together with our customers for this application, curves can be pivoted and superimposed, centered and smoothed. The gauges from the VSL Series measure the form, diameter, roundness and eccentricity of the rolls during the grinding process with very high precision. Form, radial run-out and eccentricity are measures with a precision of ± 1 µm. If an interface is available, they communicate online with the controller of the roll grinding machine and thus enable even more cost-effective use of the grinding machine. With the appropriate configuration, they measure the height and lateral alignment of the roll in the grinding machine before grinding, often enabling the set-up time to be significantly reduced. Vollmer produces the automatic roll measuring gauges for both bench-mounted machines where the roll is moved along the grinding wheel and for support machines where the grinding wheel is moved along the rotating roll.
