We are using CNC - technology for the laying of thin and insulated heating wires on a variety of carrier materials in order to manufacture all kinds of heating elements. We can work up to sizes of 2 x 2 m, and we can realize medium series (500 - 10.000pcs.) as well as high volume productions (up to 1 million pcs.). All voltages from 3,7V up to 480V are possible. CONTAINER AND SYSTEM SOLUTIONS FOR THE INTERMEDIATE STORAGE OF HEAT FROM WASTE HEAT OR RENEWABLE ENERGIES The intermediate storage of heat from biogas plants, biomass cogeneration plants or other heat sources is an important prerequisite for effective use. Lipp buffer tank systems are economic system solutions for the storage and supply of thermal energy and can be easily integrated into customised solutions for local heat supply. LIPP BUFFER STORAGE TANKS The individually tailored solution appropriate to heat storage requirements with useful volumes of 80 to 3,000 m³ is made of stainless steel with the Lipp dual seam system and operated in conjunction with insulation adjusted to the application at about 95 ° C. Since the Lipp system is unpressurised, the container solutions are extremely low maintenance and are very durable. The high volume, above ground Lipp storage tanks have been specially developed for this application and are popular with end users and energy suppliers alike.

Sound insulation for heat pumps: A customised, made-to-measure enclosure can help to significantly reduce noise from heat pumps and thus provide more peace and quiet in the neighbourhood. If you want to install a heat pump, you should therefore consider using an enclosure. Self-assembly with assembly instructions possible. We supply also in larger quantities to OEMs.

In order to meet the demands for robustness and efficient heat output, we have embroidered the heating element on a glass mesh fabric carrier material. Between the meandering arrangement of the heating strands, we integrate a recess for the temperature switch in the CAD layout. In addition, a second wire is laid concurrently as a PTC thermistor for the electrical connection of the safety switch. After the technical embroidery process, the safety switch is inserted and connected by our company’s respective department. Each prefabricated element is tested for functionality and performance in the final inspection and is delivered to the customer after passing the test. As a semi-finished product, the infrared heating element on glass mesh fabric can be further processed by the customer, e.g. in connection with silicone, rubber or epoxy resin.

Aramid fibers are suitable for very demanding applications and they are widely used in the firefighting industry (manufacturing of firefighters’ clothing) because of their flame retardant properties. Aramid is not only fireproof, the aramid fibers also have a high tensile strength, which is why they are often used for bulletproof vests (military and police) or for armoring selected emergency vehicles. A special property of aramid nonwovens is its good thermal insulation. The laid heating wire creates a very high heat output, which is insulated by the nonwoven. Aramid has a high heat resistance, which is an enormous advantage since laying the heating wire generates a very high heat output which is further enhanced by the insulation provided by the aramid nonwoven carrier. In addition, the nonwoven is either not combustible or flame retardant and can be used for a temperature ranges of up to 200°C.

The induction generator module is designed to supply up to 6 induction coils (inductors) with a power of up to 3 kW each. The device operates on the three-phase mains with a voltage of up to 400 V and a frequency of 50/60 Hz. The mains current is rectified and fed to the DC link, from which the inductors are individually supplied. The output power is controlled via the Kendrion controller of the modular industrial heating system. The setting range from 0% to 100% can be selected individually for each channel. By using state-of-the-art semiconductor switches, the output stages achieve high efficiencies, at working frequencies up to 25 kHz.
