We process optical glass, filter glass, quartz glass and float glass up to a size of 600 mm diameter. We make filters, groundglass screens, plane mirrors, windows with a plane parallel surface contour and realize customized solutions for specific applications. In our test laboratory we measure machined surfaces with an interferometer to be able to guarantee top optical quality! The operation of the colorSENSOR CFO controller requires sensors which are used at the measuring point. Depending on the measurement task, the sensors can be individually combined. Moreover, these high-quality sensors with glass fiber optics are characterized by small installation dimensions and robust materials. This makes them particularly suitable for mechanical stress and harsh ambient conditions such as high temperatures. Since the sensor head requires only little space, the sensor can also be used in confined conditions.

The clear aperture of the current laser swivel head SH35 is 35mm, the larger version SH60 is still available with a clear aperture of 60mm.

The laser cutting head FC4 is predominantly used in medium power lasers machines, impresses with its slim design and the related low weight. The use of a deformable (adaptive) mirror is of great importance in this case, since no motorized lens adjustment for focus adjustment is required any more. The focus adjustment via adaptive optics above the focusing lens is fast, reliable and precise. Focus positions for a wide variety of materials can be determined, stored in the machine CNC and called up for controlling the optics as desired. The dynamics of the adaptive optics are also clear when piercing the material before the beginning of the cut – for a full stroke, only 0.2 seconds are required. Especially when cutting thicker materials, the time saving can be considerable. The use of aspheric lenses guarantees the best optical properties; protective glass cassettes on both the collimation side and the pressure seal below the focusing lens protect the optics from contamination.

The Leica DMS300 is a complete digital microscope system that utilizes a HDMI-monitor instead of eyepieces. Leica’s high quality 8:1 zoom optics are combined with a 2.5MP camera to provide a full high-definition live image with up to 30fps. The Leica DMS300 produces high-quality, full-color still images as well as Full-HD movies as a standalone system. All primary functions of the DMS300 are controlled with a wireless remote control. Additionally, it can be connected to a computer offering full compatibility with Leica software LAS EZ. The Teleprompter Video Board will allow you to read reflected text from a 19" monitor or tablet while looking directly into your camera lens. The teleprompter is mounted on a tripod. Using a large monitor allows you to shoot from a long distance (the text is distinguishable even from 10 meters). Longrange shooting (possible with the use of optical zoom) allows you to minimize the effect of "running eyes", which gives an advantage over smallsized teleprompters.
